Worst pharmacy I've ever had,nothing is ever in stock,there's always a problem, drive through is always closed,I get text saying prescriptions filled drive over there only to be told come back later then at times I come back and it's come back tomorrow they really need to get it together a lot of time and fuel wasted on uncertainty

Employees here are very welcoming and greet customers upon entering and leaving. They always ask customers if they need help finding anything or have any questions. I witnessed one customer come into store looking for a specific product that cvs doesn’t stock and The employee gave her information about where she could locate product. They all seem to go above and beyond.
CVS pharmacy: I know with gaining an abundant amount of new customer transfers due to closing of a local pharmacy, it was overwhelming for everyone involved. They currently seem like they have finally adjusted to their predicament. Hiring additional staff and pharmacist. It does get quite busy and can be a long wait; but when your met by the tech, they completely due whatever necessary to assist you with RXs’. If uninsured they will try good Rx if you have it or one of their own discount cards. If insured and you have a super expensive medication you cannot afford, they give you recommendations on where it may be less taxing.

This is quite frankly the worst, by far worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Not only does everything take 5 years but the staff is NASTY rude. Genuinely about lost it on one of the young girls. I no longer use this pharmacy due to the rude staff, even though my prescriptions are free here. That’s how badly I want to avoid this pharmacy!

Christina at the pharmacy is ALWAYS so kind and helpful, not only to myself, but everyone that comes in. She goes out of her way to help and is VERY informative and efficient! SHE IS the reason I use this pharmacy! SHE IS the reason I use this pharmacy!

Worst pharmacy ever I been getting my scripts of Suboxone there for a year and I called to fill my script they said it would be ready Monday I get there and they tell me they don't fill teldoctor script anymore said they told me last month and been telling everyone that is a lie they didn't give me a warning or heads up anything now I will be sick trying to get ahold of my doctor to send to new pharmacy and I paid full price for my script for a year over 200$ no insurance I'm just a blue collar working man trying to make it

Avoid at all costs, go anywhere else. This is, hands down, the worst pharmacy in the area, prescriptions are never ready when you go to pick them up, whether they were sent in a week or a day ago. So many things can be smoothed over with kindness and courtesy, the people who work here have neither. Just so you know, pharmacists and techs at cvs, you can hear the workers in the back making snarky comments when you’re on the drive through intercom.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to! They might as well start serving food or something in the drive-thru since it's never open to pick up meds. As an added benefit, when you are forced to go inside, there's complimentary attitude and condescension. I won't be back

I have been using cvs pharmacy for over 5 years now and today I ran into an issue of it being out of stock and pharmacy’s will be closed until Tuesday. Thank God for the pharmacist. I’m not sure if me being polite helped but by being upset, it will not get anyone far. The male pharmacist went out of his way to get my prescription filled that I ran out of. Their phones were down for a few days and I have been trying to get in touch with pharmacy and when I called the store to transfer to pharmacy he was polite about their phones being down and went above and beyond for customer service instead of having me stress and wait an hour on hold with Walmart pharmacy to end up being hung up on. This pharmacist did everything in his control to help me and I greatly appreciate it because I do not want to change pharmacy’s. You are a phenomenal pharmacist. Thank you and God bless. They do the best they can with limited amount of hours.

Called pharnacy at 7:53 pm. Pharmacy closes at 9pm. Was on hold the entire time until 9pm. No one ever got on the call! Would give ZERO stars. Poor customer service. The pharmacy register folks always have an attitude!!!

Would give zero stars if possible strictly due to experience. Went to the pharmacy tonight due to my child’s doctors office calling in her prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Simply asked if they accepted her insurance and if they’d be able to fill it. The gentleman on duty was EXTREMELY rude. Instead of simply saying they wouldn’t be able to fill it until tomorrow morning, the man instead says “Yea I mean I guess we can do it but it won’t be tonight, there’s a lot of sick kids besides just yours.”The way this man said it was in the most rude and condescending way. Never been there before this but we definitely won’t be back.

Pharmacy staff outright refused to contact another pharmacy to have a prescription transferred over because it was "too difficult" to contact them in the past.

I would leave 0 stars. Winn Dixie pharmacy is closing and we are being transferred to other pharmacies. CVS Tyndall Parkway was mine. After they established me as a customer, I paid FULL PRICE for my medicine as they did not take my insurance. I still had 2 to fill.I decided to stay with CVS until that was settled. The tech was rude, but the pharmacist was the NASTIEST PERSON EVER! He pretty much called me a liar and told me I could not get my prescription ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA, they were written wrong. I guess my doctor is a liar too?!? Walmart took care of me. Walmart gets 5 stars. CVS DO BETTER. Friday 9/15/23
