Used tp like CVS , they have gone downhill and getting customer help is almost impossible.All my stuff will now be transferred to Publixs.Don't want to use them anymore, period.

If you close at 10 why do you have a problem with someone coming in at 954 for a quick transaction, only to have one of the 3 standing up front announce your closing soon. I was at the register, just wanted a money order. No service was provided.

Standing in line for 30 mins while she just talks about car and where to have the cars fixed everyone just standing in line. So if you want to just grab a few items and get out check to see if self checkout is working before shopping otherwise just walk out.

They have gone downhill quickly. Can't even shop the store. So many out of stocks. Product just sitting in the aisles. No bags at self checkout. And this lovely picture of their trash can. Makes a customer feel welcome.

23rd Street CVS didn't have in stock half of my very common diabetic medication. My doctor had to order those meds from another pharmacy. Other CVS pharmacies in the area also are short on medication on hand. The 15th Street CVS I've been using for over 10 years recently closed. Many issues with CVS.

I had a really good experience shopping at CVS. The person who helped me was great! His name was Thomas and he works at the Lynn Haven CVS store. He was such a pleasure to deal with. He was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He greeted me with a smile when I walked up, asked if there was anything else he could help me with and inquired as to how my day was going. He is definitely an asset to CVS. I hope CVS and this store realizes that.I know retail workers go through a LOT of stressful situations because customers can be EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to them for no reason. In addition to that many people are stressed out when they're shopping around the Holidays. Considering this, I was incredibly impressed with how friendly and cheerful he was during such a stressful shopping time and having to deal with rude customers on a daily basis. I will definitely be returning to shop at this CVS store and will be taking my business from Walgreens to CVS from now on.

My fiancé had surgery this morning and needed his medication. They gave me slips with signed prescriptions so I took it to drop off and they said it would be ready by 6. At 6:15 we go in to pick it up and the employee had left it on the counter when I dropped it off at 11am and never touched it since. No other employee even knew about it. Terrible customer service from the people up front.

The absolute worst pharmacy in town! Their policies and practices endanger patients. Always have a back up plan if you're on medication for chronic conditions. They may decide not to fill your prescription for some arbitrary reason or new policy and they won't provide any notice either.BEWARE. They're not interested in your well being, just their bottom line.Unacceptable and dangerous!
