If I could give zero stars, I would. I just went to pick up a photo order, total $.42 the young CVS employee, Justin, was on his phone while I was waiting to checkout, the only person in line. I commented that when I was in retail, we were not allowed to be on our phones and neither should he. He promptly took my photos and would not let me purchase, returning it to the photo bin.
Thank goodness there was a nice co-worker there witnessing this behavior. She handed me the photo envelope and reprimanded him but if she had not been there I would be without my passport photos!!
edited: Yesterday on 6/17/2024 I get and unknown text form someone, saying I gave them my number while at a grocery store, I had no idea who this could be so I asked him to send me a selfie (I meant face photo). See photos below- maybe video.
This is definitely a violation of my privacy. I DID NOT GIVE HIM MY NUMBER- my number was on the photo order as illustrated in my previous photo with which I took care in covering my personal information.

This 5 Review is for Jeff. He made a RainCheck order for the Refresh Tears that I use, before I use my Glaucoma eye drops. Jeff was attentive to my needs. Kind, quiet spoken, and listened.
When I called a few days later to check to see if my RainCheck Order was in, a very rude girl answered & hung up on me. I then called back & a man answered, claimed to be the Manager. That idiot of a man was ignorant of RainChecks, talked over me, and hung up on me. Of course I immediately called back, and dumba$$ answered. Began to talk over me again. I explained to him that I had a RainCheck Receipt in my hand, he had better check to see if he had the quantity that I ordered, and put them behind the counter. I waited until he did that. He hung up, without thanking me for my $200 order.
CVS has already closed 600 stores & is about to close another 300. The employees IN Pharmacy need NOT answer Customer Service Calls because they are inept at Customer Service and are risking good employees, like Jeff, their jobs, if this store is closed. The girl & the man who claimed to be the Manager (not Jeff) need to be replaced... they deserve a ZERO.

Extremely overpriced!!! I only go when I have extra bucks and discounts to use. When it comes the pharmacy, I give them zero stars. They are rude, unhelpful, don’t do their job, rush you off the phone, never have meds in stock that I need, don’t call you about your meds when they aren’t in stock, and expect you to call the Dr for your meds instead of them. I tried not to use them, but my insurance will only cover meds from CVS?

The hours say 7 pm and the store is closed before then. Called the store and the manager answered the phone and spoke for a minute and hung the phone up. Called a second time and then he said the store was closed for a moment and would be back open in 15 minutes. It was 6:35 when we pulled up. We will be calling corporate and making a personal complaint as well.

The rudest, most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I have never been here where I was helped by someone with a positive attitude- ever. They act as if they are doing you a favor to refill your prescriptions, have no empathy whatsoever, make you wait very long periods of time to greet you with zero explanation and become argumentative and aggressive when you ask questions. Their phone etiquette is honestly the worst. My experience with Gary today was the final straw. I have been using them for my daughter because they are nearby but I will make the drive elsewhere from now on- it’s simply not worth it to have to deal with this nastiness.

Woman that answers the phone is super rude. She talked over me so much that she wasn't hearing my one question. CVS at this location must be as bad as the Callaway location. I was at a doctors office last week and a lady there said the Lynn Haven CVS is just as bad.Customer No Service is rampant at CVS. If you don't know how to talk to patients when they call, get someone else to answer the phone. I'm moving my rxs to Publix in Lynn Haven, so much nicer.

The pharmacy tech (Tasha) was rude when I asked her to confirm the location where I wanted my prescription to be transferred to. Then I asked to speak to a manager and she was reluctant and said the manager isn’t here but there’s someone in their place. He was also rude and wasn’t even trying to fix the problem and was trying to rush off the phone without confirming the information and he sent and transferred the wrong medication. If you don’t want to work in customer service please go find yourself something else to do.

Visit pharmacy today, I was the only customer there. Standing there waiting for someone help. A another customer walked up. Lady came and went to the other customer. I said it twice that I was here first, then the lady pharmacist said to me that they will be with me. I stated that I was there first. Why did I have to wait. I was informed that she does not work the drop off side and do not know. ?. Bad customer service

Woman in the pharmacy who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She talked over me, didn't answer my questions and had an attitude like I was an irritant to her. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.
