I’ve never written a negative review on anyone or location. I went to pick up a prescription which happened to be a sharps container, which was called in by my doctor. The lady that was attending to me acted like she was discouraged as to what my needs were. She was rude and very unprofessional.

I always visit the CVS location management is exceptional. All staff is professional happy and willing to help. I drive out of my way to come to this location. The store is always organized clean and easy to find products. I highly recommend stopping in and saying hello to the friendly staff!

I went here to avoid the pain, long lines, and general dysfunction of Walgreens, and I have been absolutely impressed both times. They were able to take care of stuff Publix and Walgreens both wouldn't or couldn't do, and they know how to apply a manufacturer coupon card, and do it for you without you having to ask. This is my new go to place, and I could not be happier to be rid of Walgreens.

I come to this store alot and the staff is always nice. I like the self checkout and convenience to be able to check out and leave quickly. I love their rewards program (Extra Care Card) the coupons and the 20% off CVS brand medicines and $10 in extra rewards each month is amazing. I stopped shopping at walgreens

Pharmacy sent me on a wild goose chase to get a specific item I needed. After searching for far longer than I should have looking for the product I found out I had to get it behind the counter at the pharmacy which they never told me. At that point the pharmacy was already closed down for lunch.

Scheduled flu vaccine appt through the website, submitted Florida Blue insurance information as indicated.Showed up early and was told they do not contract with Florida Blue. Very simple fix which would save customers both the travel, time and inconvenience of this inconsiderate for customers. Came straight to Publix, waiting now for my vaccine.

Joselyn REALLY helped me today. I was having a hard time with the photo app and she not only helped me but made sure that my order was correct and worked hard while I was waiting there to make sure that I got it right. Really really appreciate her in this Christmas rush she is, a jewel!

I love this location! The manager, Pam and her team are so focused on customer service. The store is always clean and carries an ample supply of products I am purchasing. If I have difficulties at the self check out they are on top of that and come right over. Shop at this location. They will not disappoint!

The absolute worst & slowest pharmacy ever. I could send in a prescription in the morning and it's still not be ready 7 hours later. Avoid them at all costs. And the staff is so rude. RX Express is the place to go!

This review is only for the Minute Clinic at this CVS location in Panama City Beach.I already knew what I needed, but could not buy it without a script. I didn't know the process at Minute Clinic, so it was a bit clumsy. There are no such things as walk-ins. You have to request an appointment, either online or at the kiosk. There was no one available to guide me through the process or provide instructions. There was one person working, the doctor, who only comes out momentarily between patients. When you apply for the appointment, it will tell you when the next available appointment is. Be prepared with insurance information and credit/debit card information. It will cost you. I found out that had I been in my home state my insurance would have paid all but a co-pay, but since I was out of state they would not cover it. I hate medical insurance companies. When you come for your appointment, sign in at the kiosk, and be prepared to wait. The name "minute clinic" is a bit misleading. There will be as much medical and insurance bureaucracy here as anywhere else in the USA.Thankfully, once I got in, the doctor was thorough and pleasant. She confirmed what I knew and provided the script which I had filled at the CVS pharmacy. I started the process at lunchtime and got out at 6 PM. That's one long minute, but it was faster and less expensive than driving to the Mexican border to purchase what I needed at a Mexican pharmacy.I give:5 stars to the doctor3 stars for the clinic itself4 stars for the pharmacy.Average: 4 stars
