From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect boat parking spot at a great price. She took the time to explain all my options, answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, and made the entire process completely stress-free.

I been using Self Storage Plus for @ 2yrs now n all I can say to new customers is READ THE FINE PRINT! I've thought about leaving a review several times in the last few years. Up until recently it definitely wouldn't have been five stars, but that's mostly based on customer service. Well now they have the one n only 🐤⭐️Cheryl ⭐️🐤 in the office!! She has gone out of her way more times than I can count to accommodate me and help me and I'm so grateful for that! Literal lifesaver! So yes...the building and units are clean n well kept. Prices are reasonable until they aren't, lol, but my decision to continue renting here is solely based off the awesome lady working the front now. Thank you Cheryl for all you do. It's just not normal to have people helping people and going above n beyond really anymore,and I appreciate you so much for being you!

I rented on a Thurs came bk sat with a truck load full of shit,code didn't work, couldn't get in
Came bk Monday after work 330 nobody there to help me still couldn't get in,no call bk either
