From start to finish, Regina and Jim were two of the most helpful & professional people. Both showed care and respect for our belongings. Wonderful communication and above and beyond service. Facilities are kept secured and clean. Plenty of carts and spacious elevators. Highly recommend.

Just got a storage space here and the guy on phone was very helpful as well as the pretty lady that worked at front desk. She showed me everything I needed to know even stopping during her lunch to help me. Place looks Clean and I feel my things will be safe in climate controlled building.
