Do not use this store ! Had phone issue with Walmart bought cricket phone, went in to get some guidance on making it just work as in being able to make phone calls . They helped and went through setup with them and paid money. I was going to buy some accessories to help the shop but then the manager stopped being helpful. We did know that the SIM card was missing and the phone was not working. Which I would have bought from them but to late after going through setup they guided us through. Could not get money back from cricket and manager told us to bad and it’s our problem please leave
So lost money, no refund, and store did not care at all.

I lost my phone and went to cricket on front beach and Michael and Nathan was amazing getting all my pictures back and personal stuff amazing guys very helpful.

Great service and convenient hours. Ellie was extremely helpful. She made sure my phone wa switched over and working properly before I left. I will use this store again if I need to get another phone or upgrade my service. Thanks Ellie!

They were helpful until Shane ( a manager) put the screen protector on my new iphone14 and there were some bubbles so I tried to fix it and the screen protector wouldn't stick back on the phone so I went right back into the store to ask for help and they said they can't do anything and I'd have to pay full price for another 20$ screen protector that the manager himself put on poorly after I already spent 1200+ on this phone and accessories.

I had to replace my phone, and was taken care of immediately upon walking in. I knew what I wanted and they had it. The manager was great to deal with, and the process went smoothly, I even received a case and protective glass for free. Thanks for the great service.

The staff at the Chipley Cricket location are AMAZING! I brought my mom in for a new phone after she lost everything in a house fire. It was the nicest, easiest process I have ever encountered with a cellular service! I hate I did not get the names of the 2 awesome employees that day, but I have bragged to everyone about them! Thank you!!?? They were beyond helpful and took care of everything!

The store was quaint, clean and became packed before my having left. The staff were both completely well knowedge and extremely tolerable of the situation we brought him. I brought two different phones to connect to an account, either worked. Had to call someone to bring money and buy a new, whom was the gentleman of the man on the phone

Erica was wonderful and so helpful through the entire process for me and my parents. Highly recommend going to see her. I can’t remember the other guys name working but he also went above and beyond for great service.
