Insurance is a joke. We had at least 13k in stuff stolen by employees. Including irreplaceable stuff from my dad that passed. Only paid 1k and the Panama City Police Department is a joke as well. No arrests have been made. This location employs thieves. So I’d rent from a different storage facility if I were you.

Do not rent from here had a storage for almost a year unit was filled w water and my things were ruined. Paid for insurance and only covered theft or fire not water such bull hockey.
