I need to share this experience. My mother used this bank and was dying of cancer. I needed a power of attorney to pay her bills. The bank manager and her higher ups forced my dying mother to provide 6 different power of attorneys declining one after the other. Never did they offer to help my mother with the process. My mother died a couple months after this fiasco. A bank should help people in this situation not cause unwanted stress. In hindsight the bank did this on purpose I'm guessing to protect themselves. Horrible experience. My mother also had another bank that accepted the first power of attorney no problem. I think this situation speaks for itself

Central has always worked with me. My previous bank would not help me with loans or credit. Central worked with me and now I can get any loan I need.

Absolutely love this place. Everyone there has always been kind and accommodating. I got several loans and they are always fair and helped throughout the entire processes. I recommend them to anyone. I recently sold my boat because times are getting hard, the buyers took up a load with them and had zero issues and the process was quick.

Thus place is absolutely ridiculous!! I have to mail, drop off or go in the bank to make my car payment now because they now charge 10$ to make the payment over the phone and do not offer online bill pay. I was immediately told to put on a mask, which should be my choice, everyone there is caged in plastic cubical already, but I complied picked up a mask walked to plastic covered window and said I need to make my car payment, to a teller who by the way is NOT masked behind her shield. She asked for my member # as I was looking it up, my mask was not covering my mouth so I could speak, I was told to put my mask completely on. Are you kidding me, your not wearing a mask and I'm trying to speak. I immediately walked out. You should definitely make it possible to pay online as it is 2021 and you are obviously concerned about this pandemic, but I am not ok with being told to wear a mask as I am trying to speak by an employee who is not wearing one. SMH, do better!!

Comparing all the other banks I dealt with, this place is heaven. Nice and friendly people with fast service. I wish they would restart offering free coffee and cookies. ;))

This credit union is probably the worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with.Every time I go into the lobby to make a deposit they act like I’m a burden to them.I think it’s time to change banks.

They are always there for me when I need them! Janet, Candi, Debbie, Lakiktha, Meagan are all super helpful and understanding! I moved here and this was my only option for shared branching! They helped me straighten out issues, and also helped me research past issues I was having! I wasn't even a member! They went over and beyond! I am so grateful....I quickly became a member! Recently Jailyn has joined the team and greets me by name! I love my Credit Union!

My experience was ruined due to a policy where they force you to pull around the building to fill out something even when theres nobody behind you. Very annoying.

Rudest people in Panama City. Almost everytime I go.thru drivethru to make an RV payment the lady starts talking to me then wont opennthe drawer then helps customer in next lane. Calling corporate and complaining does no good. Even when they make mistakes on your account like not accepting a payment then saying we didnt make one they never admit their mistakes or apologize. Corporate office doesnt care. They dont return phone calls. No wonder they have to have a police in lobby because they treat customers so poorly.

These folks are amazing!! I've been with them for 8 years. Have a vehicle financed, a seasonal loan & have RE-financed multiple times to make ends meet. As far as paying ahead; I do that all the time & my account indicates that I do not owe for the next month or two!! I'm addition, after Hurricane Michael they ALL, including the Pensacola folks, went above & beyond to defer ALL my payments for 3 whole months since I lost my job!! By far the BEST Credit Union EVER!! Thank you everyone!!
