Needed to be fingerprinted for work and was referred here. Luckily, I was able to get fingerprinted immediately after filling out application online. These guys are great. Thank you!

I came here for finger printing and there was a little clock stuck to the door stating "be back at this time". And we all know these are the type of clocks that folks put up and never actually change the time on.So, I was early and called to let the guy know I was here. He didn't give a name, was extremely rude. I had to tell him numerous times there was zero point in being rude with me, I was early and asking If the time was correct for him to be back. I did not want to Miss my appt due to negligence on their part.I ended up hanging up on him due to how rude he was. No wonder they're hiring. With someone like that working at this place, I wouldn't want to be associated with him either.

The staff here is unbelievably helpful and accommodating. My husband needed last minute fingerprints done for his job and we went here with little hope we could get it accomplished the same day. They understood though and walked us through how to make an appointment online to get an appointment ID (which the computer needs in order to complete the fingerprinting). Then they let us do it immediately instead of waiting the following week for the appointment so he didn’t miss his deadline. They were real life savers when we were in a pinch!

The man working is unprofessional, RUDE, and hateful. He was rude and hateful when I went in August. And, now my daughter went today and he was WORSE. Why is this hateful rude man working there since he CLEARLY hates his job and the public? We will never go there again.
