Really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Great location and staff helpful. Only rated a 4 due to several camp sites need attention. Blacktop uneven and raised. Tree roots coming through blacktop (example site 79). Our site 82 is nice but need overhead tree branches trimmed. We have booked next year for a 2 month stay. Pool was great. Water temp just right. Local residents r friendly. Our site 82 is nice however overhead tree branches need trimmed or cut off (pine tree). We will be back.

Parked our motorhome here for 4 nites. The asphalt pad we parked on was a shambles and not level. Then I realized the cost per nite was extremely high for the (lack of) condition. We will not stay here again.

We bring our camper here for two weeks each year for the last four years. Each year the campground seems to be cleaner and looks much nicer. The pool and pool area is clean and enjoyable. Funny how we always seem to meet and enjoy talking with other campers in the pool. We are booked for a whole month next summer.Walkability: Easy walk to the beach and the many attractions and restaurants.

It's a little older but still nice. Spots are a little tight. A little loud during big holidays but perfect on less crowded weeks. Convenient to everything!

Great place to stay!! Right across the street from the beach, great access - easy to get to, get in and out. Convenient to everything around for eating, shopping and a Walmart!! LOLHave other stays planned....

Staff was friendly and had a nice little campstore. Campsites were really close to one another so there was no privacy at all. The bathrooms are small, had to wait for a shower. It's next door to some kind of amusement type park and the music goes to all hours of the night/morning which you can hear at your campsite at 1am. I usually don't hear anything over the AC in my van and this was so loud and constant that it woke me up. Two stars to show it's less than average but it did the job of giving me a place to stay and shower while traveling.

If possible go to Racoon River instead! This was our final stop in a 7 week road trip, and it's definitely not worth almost $100 per night. Firstly, the girl at registration with dirty clothes and hair that looks like she just woke up, isn't friendly at all. Ask her a question and she'll talk to you like you're d*** as dirt. The concrete slabs are all cracked and there's no grass and lots of sand. Trash and cigarette butts laying around. Sites are packed like sardines. You have to pay $10 for a gate card and take the time to return it before you leave. We've been rving for 20 plus years and who wants to physically check out? Nobody! Definitely not going to book this place again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Campers Inn, Inc RV Park in Panama City Beach, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and accommodating staff that made me feel right at home. Side note, we hadn’t planned on staying here ; however, the NSA MWR failed to process our registration and we were stuck trying to find accommodations after traveling with our 5th Wheel from Jacksonville. Campers Inn, Inc RV Resort rescued us and earned loyal customers for life. One of the standout features of this RV park is its fantastic location. Within just a few minutes' walk, you'll find yourself surrounded by an array of excellent restaurants, exciting activities, and, of course, the beautiful beach. It truly offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful retreat amidst the convenience of nearby attractions. The RV spaces at Campers Inn are top-notch. I was impressed by their level and spaciousness, providing ample room for my vehicle and outdoor setup. The park has clearly taken great care to ensure that each site is well-maintained and equipped with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.During my stay, I discovered several other delightful tidbits that enhanced my experience. The park offers convenient laundry facilities, which came in handy after a day of exploring the beach. Additionally, they provide clean and well-kept restroom facilities, adding an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay.Campers Inn, Inc RV Park also goes the extra mile in terms of security. The park features reliable security measures, providing peace of mind to guests throughout their stay. The staff is attentive and vigilant, ensuring that all visitors feel safe and secure.Another aspect that impressed me was the sense of community fostered within the park. Fellow campers were friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like part of a larger family. The park also organizes social events and activities, encouraging guests to interact and make new friends. In conclusion, Campers Inn, Inc RV Park in Panama City Beach exceeded my expectations in every way. The friendly staff, level RV spaces, and its prime location near excellent restaurants, fun activities, and the beach make it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a memorable vacation. Whether you're a seasoned RVer or new to the camping experience, this park is sure to provide a wonderful stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Campers Inn, Inc RV Park and can't wait to return myself.

We haven’t been here in a couple of years and we’re pleasantly surprised about the updates and cleanliness. So happy they a dog park and don’t limit the amount of pets like others.

Too close to other campers (sardines close). Uneven lots! Outdated. You have to cross a busy highway just to walk to the beach. Just one bathhouse for the whole complex. Full hookups.Nearby activities: Go karts. Carnival

We just stayed two night, one day. Called to make the reservation and the lady I spoke with was friendly. The. check in process took just a few minutes and that lady was friendly. May have been the same one I talked to one the a week prior. As for the camp sites. We were in #92. It is full hook up. The spots are a bit on the right side. You are close to your neighbors. If you like hanging out outside, this may not be the place for you. It is on Thomas dr. There’s a theme park or some kind of park right next to it. We could hear their music in side the camper if it was quiet, but we were able to go sleep pretty easy. It is gated, they give a gate card to get in. There are pine trees all around. I don’t know if I’d want to go in the heat of summer due to the potential of pine sap getting on the camper or my vehicle. You are a short walk to the beach and a few minutes drive away from most anything. We will go back.

Great staff, great owners. They all go above and beyond. Location is great, value is outstanding. Book months in advance to get a spot because they go quick. Could use a new or updated website for booking. They can't tweak their system to modify sites and reservations which causes people to have to bounce around sites quite a bit. Book far in advance to save yourself from that. Other than that, outstanding spot!!

Great older RV park, walkable to the beach, parked under pine trees. Many permanent mobile homes around the premier.
