This was THE worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Besides the fact that I was taken to a back room and basically forgotten about while a couple of ladies who said they also didn’t have an appointment were started on well before me, I waited an additional 20 minutes. But I hung in there, things happen…HOWEVER, I had a young man come back and do my “pedicure “, right off, first toe, he had dug in so deep along the side of my toe that it started bleeding and I’m not being dramatic here but it was BAD….he never said sorry…no, he actually placed the blame on me in that it’s been too long since my last pedicure and that if I came in every two weeks it “wouldn’t hurt so bad”!!!!!! Honestly I wish I had the time to come in every two weeks but I work A LOT. Never have I been put through something like this. $35, no discount for all the blood and rude attitude but for the first time ever, I didn’t tip…NO WAY!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! And a warning…he let my toe continue to bleed while he used that little scrubber brush and clippers and before draining the water he was spent a lot of time to get the blood off the brush….I’m betting with all that effort they won’t be properly sanitized or better yet, thrown away!

The man working there grabbed my hand back When I said I didn't want my nails done anymore because of him drilling to hard on my pinky finger. Wouldn't recommend this nail shop

My tech is amazing at what she does! I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and it looks so similiar to it! I was delighted that she could replicate it so perfectly!

VERY Disappointed!! I went in for a fill. They are extremely thick and blocky and I have acrylic covering my skin. Not to mention the ends aren’t even painted. She charged me $51.50!

My fave (and only) place to get my nails done! I have OCD and have a picking problem where I pick my skin around my nails and hands. Sometimes it gets really bad so this is my main reason for getting them done so I can't pick and my hands can heal. I always get Kim to do my nails. She is very sweet and understanding of my condition and never judged me. She is gentle when my hands are sore. She also just does a fantastic job and my nails are always beautiful ❤️

The customer service is unacceptable and the quality of work lacks. The lady that worked on my feet was just determined to keep my toe nails long when I requested them to be cut down. The back and forth with the lady about what I wanted done to my feet made absolutely no sense. Went there to relax unfortunately that’s not what they had in store.

This was my first and last visit to California Nails, after first arriving I asked to have my nails done. After having the nail tech working on my nails he assumed that I just wanted them painted (for $25 I would have just painted them myself.) I asked about having a full set done and not just a regular manicure he removed what he had done at first and started working on my nails again. I should have taken a better look at them before leaving, totally my fault for not doing so, and after arriving back home I noticed a lot of flaws like uneven polish, the middle nail on my right hand wasn't shaped correctly and looks larger than the others, and just doesn't match the size of nails on my left hand. I was also charged extra for the manicure that was stopped before he got nail polish on my nails. I will have to go to another salon on my next day off and have my nails completely redone. You can see in the forth and fifth photo the difference in nail size.

Paid for the deluxe pedicure with a $7 up charge for wax softener. This was supposed to include a callus removal, the lady was sweet but did not scrub my calluses or even remove the rough spots. Did not massage my feet at all, I feel I just paid $70 for someone to moisturize my legs. Within 4 hours my paint has chipped and my entire nail wasn’t even painted on 4 toes.

Polish chipped off 2 days after manicure. Been trying to get polish that hasn't chipped off for last 3 days to no avail!! Will try turpentine next. Yuk

Pedicure these prices are off the chart , don’t expect to pay the actual price for a particular service they include their tip without telling you and expect you to give them another tip. Price gauging

The last couple of times I have gone to get my nails done,I have been VERY disappointed. I was speaking with my sister and she told me to try this place.I can't say anything but great things about my experience. Mrs. Linda was very welcoming. Tom they guy who did my nails did an amazing job...His eye for detail and his shaping skills are on point.I will definitely recommend this shop and Tom.Thank you all so much for an overall GREAT EXPERIENCE
