The store has a vast variety of name brand clothing and apparel, all reasonably priced. They also have options to shop and pay with the Klarna app, which is what I used to make my purchase. The employees were really nice and helpful and were understaffed but nevertheless diligent to be off service. I found what I was looking for quickly and felt satisfied with my purchase.

I had to make a poor review with what I saw today Burlington in pier park I was right behind the a couple that was poorly treated as a customer from a female who works there didn’t get her name but she wore a dreadlock hairstyle she asked me to give her a good review on the website but I just said yes and walked away but I wasn’t impressed because Ik it’s because she hear the customer that she was arguing with said they would make a review about her an there I saw the actual review on the website the team that was there before was awesome I don’t know what happening to that location very rude and inappropriate behavior from the worker

I’m a loyalty customer and I don’t think I’m shopping at that location anytime in the near future I’d rather to go across the bridge in Panama City a because a customer today in the pier park by the name of shikora don’t know if I had the name correct because she was hiding her name tag and cussing me and my wife out at the same…. I simple asked if she could give me some assistance an she went on top of her voice saying don’t you see I’m dealing with somebody else ask somebody else” I was shocked at how I was treated then she start babbling when I went to check out that I should tell the manager that when I make that complaint she is ready to give up her job for it because she doesn’t care anymore I gotta tell everybody I have contact with about my experience there I gotta say I’m black but I hear ppl tlk about racism but white ppl are the most pleasant ppl ik but when it comes to some blk Americans they have this attitude maybe she should speak to someone about her attitude problem or better customer service because apparently she isn’t trained enough to know better so I blame the person who manages her as well I spend a lot of money there and I won’t spend there again thank you

I have found lots of cool things at this Burlington store. I left with a few DKNY and Calvin Klein dresses, each one was priced around $20. The shoe department was stocked full of cool styles, as did the purse/bag department.
I'll definitely be making more visits as they get new stuff each week.

Don't buy anything from here, they have the worst customer service. I bought a cologne from here that didn't smell good and after seeing on the receipt that I have 30 days to return the item, I thought it would be no issue. Turns out they won't let you return colognes even if I sprayed it once. The lady at the front was also rude about it telling me to "give it to someone else." Spend your money somewhere else, you'll save yourself a headache.

THE MANAGER SUCKS!!! (black lady big headed didn't catch her name) SHE LITERALLY TREATED US AS IF WE WERE IN THE WRONG EVEN JUST SHOPPING IN THE STORE SHE MUST BE THIS WAY WITH EVERYONE NO MATTER WHAT BC SHE WAS RUDE TO ANOTHER GENTLEMAN. WOULD NEVER GO BACK !!!
IF YOU DO SHOP HERE THE ONE LADY NAMED JESSICA (SHES NICE AND RESPECTFUL) SHE TOOK THE EFFORT TO APOLOGIZE ON BEHAVE OF THE OTHER ONE EVEN THOUGH SHE DID NOTHING WRONG SHE NEEDS A RAISE!!

Every time I come to this store the place is a mess. Clothes are hanging over the racks, on the floor, and hanging on the wrong size hangers. I come in a 9:00 and ask for a fitting room at 9:30. The associate tells me the fitting rooms are closed, but they close at 11:00?? Immediately put my stuff back and walked out. How are customers shopping the last two hours not offered the same amenities as everyone else.

I would give five stars but this is the fourth time I've had to go back to have them take off the security tag thing. Thank goodness I keep receipts. Nothing worse then putting your items up planning on wearing them at a later time only to discover the security tag was never taken off and then you panicked because you're not sure if you have the receipt to prove that you did buy it. I might not go back after this it's just getting to the point I can't rely on them. And what would happen if I don't have a receipt but I've taken an item back from them would they accuse me of stealing it I mean what what would happen???
