If there was an option to give ZERO stars that would be exactly what I would do. This place is horrible. I just moved here from states away. Single mom with two kids. We came here to look for a car. Told them it HAS to be reliable as I am a single mother of two kids and don't know anyone here. As if its bad enough I overpayed for the vehicle I bought anyways. They reassursed me the vehicle was perfect and they would never do that to someone. 5 days after getting the vehicle legal and driving it. My kids and I broke down on one of the busiest highways at night time almost getting hit. Come to find out they put foam in to bypass me seeing the head gasket being bad. They KNEW it was bad. It needed a new motor. Took it back to them hoping they would do the right thing. They offered to buy the motor as long as I paid their mechanic to put it in. I thought that was fair. When my brother and I go to pick the vehicle up we asked for the papers on the motor. He turned rude really quick because he didn't have the papers for it saying how many miles are on it. We told him we HAVE to have that paper and he told us to give him until the end of the week to get it. Well we leave to drive home I didn't even make it back home when I started smelling the strongest smell of gas ever. Popped my hood, my cooling tank was literally boiling. Paid to get it towed to a different mechanic that advised me not to drive it at all. He calls me after he takes a look at it and he told me he could not believe his eyes when he seen my car. Said their mechanic was so irresponsible and was shocked I didn't blow up. Not only did they bust my transmission, but they also didn't put my gas line back together when they put the other motor in right. So I was spitting tons of gas everywhere. Also they left parts and metal tools and my old dip stick laying inside my engine and let me drive off like that which could have potentially could have caused something serious to happen. It looked almost intentional. I don't know how it wouldn't be. Unless their mechanic isn't a licensed mechanic. Im so baffled. Here it is 3 weeks later and Guwayne Foster is still ignoring my brother and my texts and phone calls about the paperwork for the motor.

I got my car there and I'm loving the service and feedback I got from them. I find them easy to talk with, and they understand what I wanted and as I result I got the perfect vehicle

Took my car to a lame mechanic who only made the problem worse, came to bay motor service department and they made my car sound like heaven.. ty is a great mechanic it was a pleasure. My dodge is better than everLoving it...???
