I have never posted anything negative about another company before, but however:Technicians do not know what they’re talking about. Do yourself a favor and take your car to another mechanic. try to talk to the Service manager and you get crickets! Because I live in this area, I will never buy another Lincoln because I can’t get service at their service department!

Bay Cars has always had an amazing inventory and we believed we were making an informed decision in choosing to work with them. After searching for over half a year for the right deal and family hauler we set eyes on a Lincoln Navigator. The vehicle is amazing but the purchasing and service experience could have been much better. From the start, I didn’t appreciate getting the run around on the price. It was well above KBB standards (about 14k). The dealership had plenty of room to budge and make a deal on a vehicle that had been sitting for months but obviously they were waiting on the right uninformed individual. I had given my information to more than one sales worker and asked that they call me if the price was to change. I found out through my own research that they had dropped the price to just above the KBB standard but I received no call and the vehicle was almost sold just before my arrival. We’re thankful that the dealership was willing to make a deal with us that was fair for both parties but even after the purchase things did not turn around. We were unable to take the vehicle home the same day because of a few maintenance requirements and we were promised a detailed cleaning. This detail did not occur in any way, shape or form. My wife picked up the vehicle the next day since I was working and I do not expect her to notice all the details of what’s been done or not but I noticed it right way when I saw it. Shortly after, when trying to renew the tag on the vehicle I was caught off guard by the high price. The team at the DMV caught an error from the dealership that had been on going for some time with previous owners. The Navigator was registered as a tractor trailer. We fixed this issue but not until after some time of over an hour or two at the DMV. Lastly, and most recent, we scheduled a service online with Bay Lincoln and never received a call back. When I called to check into my reservation it seemed as if no one knew what I was talking about or even received my information from online. If I can’t use the online services provided, why do they exist? The service desk worker was helpful and nice even though the process was lacking ease of use. I was able to secure a time slot and day that worked. After receiving my vehicle back I was initially satisfied until I started doing a detailed check into my vehicle. I ordered an oil change, tire rotation, and a multi-point inspection. I noticed the tires/wheels were never swapped. It was evident because I just bought a new rear passenger tire for over $400. It looks brand new and different from the rest. Also the front passenger wheel has the same marks from before the service. It’s obvious the work I paid for was not completely checked over before being released back to me. We recognize that these may be minor issues to some but collectively this is becoming unacceptable. Based on all of these events, we cannot recommend this business.

James at the body shop It's fantastic. I got in an accident and they fixed my car and then it looked great. Unfortunately I got in another accident. Someone else hit me right after I got all of this done and he had to go back and fix it all over again. But both times he is professional and nice and the people fixing my car are so wonderful and it looks brand new. I won't go to anybody else to get my body work done
