Love the new digs at dealership... huge improvement, particularly with service location. My Tucson had aircon problem; repair scheduling and completion were promptly accomplished. Vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes were quite efficient; service staff was very helpful with accommodating my disability. Special thanks to my sales rep, Mr. Wyatt Metcalf, for his continuing efforts to assist me whenever I have a question about my vehicle.

I have bought and traded many vehicles and this has by far been the best experience. I never thought ide be able to get out from under my previous car, but thanks to Chris Witt, I did! He is the bomb .com and I could type forever about his professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. He went above and beyond! I will continue to refer family and friends to Chris Witt at Bay Hyundai ! Also, I am IN LOVE with my brand new 2024 Palisade!! Thanks Chris!!!

I was supposed to get a survey in my email, but I never received one. The dealership in my town left me high and dry when I broke down. They said they didn't have anyone to look at my car and literally said "what do you want me to do about it". I couldn't get a phone call back, no emails, no offers for a shuttle ride, nothing. I couldn't even schedule service further out. I gave up and came here. Man, I'm glad I did. These guys got my car IN AND OUT. I'm usually waiting and waiting. They actually cleaned my car when they were done too, vacuumed the front mats. Werner hyundai usually splashes water all over and and says done. I can tell the difference between the "I'm here for a paycheck" attitude and the "I actually give a crap about my job one" and they do care about their jobs here. Philip took care of me from step one and he's awesome!

I've had an absolutely terrible experience with Hyundai's service. It's been months since they supposedly fixed an issue with the front lights on my car, yet the problem persists. Despite countless visits and attempts to resolve the issue, they still haven't found a solution. The entire process has been nothing short of a nightmare—endless, frustrating, and with zero support from Hyundai. As someone who bought their car brand new from them, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, they've completely failed in providing that. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
Think twice before buying a car from them.

Brian and the service department at Bay Hyundai did an incredible job. Customer service was outstanding. They were able to schedule a timely appointment and service the vehicle within the same day. I really wish the Hyundai dealership located next to me was on par with Bay Hyundai.

Never have I had a better customer experience while dealing with the service department at Bay. Shout out to Phillip, he took care of my wife’s Sonata promptly, had Hyundai put a new engine in the car and got us a rental car. Hats off to this service department!!

The body shop amd service department are horrible. When the car was less a year old all the warning lights came on on the dash amd the service writer (an older white guy) talked to my wife like she was stupid. When it happened again she drove to shop and they checked it only to say they have never seen anything like it before and had no idea what the problem is. Still does it to this day and they won't call back to help.
Our insurance sent us to the body shop and we have been going around with them for over 6 months and cannot get the car repaired. The hatch leaks the taillights are so loose you can see into the car on one side, the tail lights have a short and won't stay on amd the car makes a horrible going down the road. We have called left messages and talked with people and been promised solutions but Noone has done anything. It has been over 2 months Dusty, Greg and another manager said they were working out the issues and getting I ng a plan together and no one has called us back. Refuse to return calls . Go anywhere but here unless you like getting screwed over and forgotten.

There is a manufacturer defect for white Hyundai Elantra's, Sonata's, Santa Fe's, etc. from around the year 2017, but Hyundai isn't acknowledging it as a manufacturer defect because it would be too expensive to make customers whole. See attached photos #1 and #2 of my paint peeling, for an example. First, the positive: Allison from Bay Hyndai's warranty department was fantastic! She helped negotiate with Hyundai HQ to cover half the cost of re-painting my car AND a rental while Hyundai did the re-painting. The problem was that when I got my car back, there was (and still is) paint all over my windows. See attached photos. Additionally, there was paint dust ALL OVER the inside of the car. Finally, the trunk doesn't close smoothly anymore, I have to slam it, so whoever took the trunk lid off for re-painting didn't put it back in place properly. And the technician who gave me my car back had the audacity to tell me I was "lucky" that Hyundai agreed to cover so much, and that Hyundai's cost to re-paint it was over $20K, which obviously is incorrect because it would have costed Hyundai less than that to give me a brand new car instead. Again, Allison in the warranty department was incredible, and was really helpful, although I don't have anything good to say about Hyundai HQ who is probably looking at a class action lawsuit eventually, and whoever Bay Hyundai contracted with to do the painting and putting my car back together did a lousy job. I was hoping to get my car back in at least good enough shape to SELL and then purchase a RELIABLE brand, and now I can't even do that.

Accident was over a year ago, still not repaired correctly. They don't follow thru. They don't return calls and/or emails. I regret letting my car be taken there. Wish I could give zero stars.

Gold standard customer service!! This was my first service visit to the Bay Hyundai dealership and I was blown away by the team’s professionalism and efficiency. As soon as I pulled in Amanda was there with a smile to guide me through the process. I waited in the clean , spacious waiting area where I attempting to work on my laptop. Brian, another CS rockstar, approached me and asked if I’d like a space that was quiet and offered assistance with my internet connection.
I have a Genesis vehicle so this routine maintenance is not covered under warranty at Bay Hyundai (which they were upfront about)…. I will pay out of pocket every time I need an oil change due to the friendliness and helpfulness of Brian and Amanda!

We were in town for the Fourth of July for several days and decided to help our son shop for a new car. He is a recent graduate and got a new job. He found a car he really liked at the dealership and gave the salesman his cell phone number and told him to call him with the best price that he could Offer. For two days we never heard back from the salesman and finally my son called him back because he also had given him a card. By then it had gotten late in the afternoon,, but they did decide on a price so we drove 30 minutes across the bridge to finish the deal. When we got there, no one seemed to know what was going on or how to work any of the computers and we were there for hours. Finally, we went into a room with a different man to sign the papers and the man in charge of that told my son that his credit score was in the low 600s and gave him an absolutely terrible interest rate. He was still excited about the car so we still went with it but today we received a copy of her his credit score from where they looked it up that night and it was 729. So not only were they unable to do the job effectively and efficiently, but they also lied and took advantage of a young man…. Shameful!
