I dropped my truck off there after it died on the road and they said it had broken a valve spring and spun a bearing. The valve spring was accurate but the spun rod wasnt even close. The truck still had good oil pressure. They quoted me 11 to 13k to replace the engine when all it needed was a $17 valve spring and 2 hours of labor to run fine again. I would recommend going elsewhere even if you have to wait a little longer.

Purchasing never seems to be an issue..WORST MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT ON THE PLANET!! HEATHER is a complete waste of time, Chad is no help either. They claim a computer glitch stopped them from doing ANYTHING for over 2 and a half weeks. Now they wont guarantee a rental vehicle because "EVERYONE" wants one??? The service, is atrocious! BUY ELSEWHERE If you are going to depend on them to fix ANYTHING!!!! TERRIBLE!!! I scheduled maintenance (for a nhtsa mandated issue) back in May. I scheduled it for June to give extra time and left it there 3 weeks. I get back, and NO maintenance? I get a call 2 weeks ago to reschedule. Today I called to verify the date, and they don't know who I am? Waited 12+min on hold and no resolution. On top of that, if they do recall work, you still can't get a loaner/rental!?!?!? I guess I have to walk to work while they fix my MANDATORY issues with my $70k+ truck???
Can't see that I'll EVER buy a dodge if this is the service (lack of it) that I get. PLEASE don't give this dealer one cent of your $$$$!!!

I went on Saturday at 2 in the afternoon and those who were working on that shift told me that it was already closed and they didn't even stop to see what I wanted and the schedule says that it is from 9 to 7 at night, from Monday to Saturday from my point of view very bad attention from them

2023 Grand Cherokee Summit; Standard oil change & rotate tires, plus a steering recall. I also needed the rain sensor wipers checked as they do not activate. They said that there is nothing wrong with the rain sensor wipers.
I ran the car through a car wash on the way home and the rain sensor wiper failed to turn on; IN A CAR WASH! Yes, I know how to use the switch settings, because they used to work, and are the same as my last several Grand Cherokees.
I Discovered the next morning that The oil filter was improperly installed; a huge oil leak. I Added 5 Qts of oil. (The car only holds 5 Qts). I spent $110 on oil and a new filter installed at a reliable non-Jeep dealer shop. The underside of the vehicle was a total mess from this leak. I took it back to the dealership, spoke with Heather the service manager, and insisted that she clean up this mess.
The dealer service manager had no explanation, and offered no solution for the wiper issue.
She did go to great lengths to explain that many of the Jeep oil filters are defective, and that these leaks are common and beyond the control of Jeep and her dealership. She says that they have no control over sourcing filters and must continue to source defective oil filters from "the factory". She spent much time self-justifying how her mechanics did everything flawlessly. They are monitored on camera. But it is beyond their skill level to look underneath the completed vehicle to inspect for oil leaks. Remember this was a MASSIVE OIL LEAK.
I wasted 6 hours that I had not scheduled. I wasted $110 buying replacement oil, filter, and installation. Heather did not offer any form of compensation, even in the form of future store credit.
This dealership has a big problem in their service department. They suck.

In the Panama City area from Oklahoma, the staff at the counters were so helpful and friendly and the service guys courteous and confidently took care of our issue! If we lived here we would definitely be using their services!

What a joke you spent all this money on a brand new 2024 Jeep and it’s nothing but issues, the radio glitches out to where you could be driving down the road and have absolutely no radio and you can also put the vehicle in reverse pulling out of parking spot and the camera is stuck in reverse. the headlights from the car behind you blind you on the screen right in front of you, it’s also a very big safety concern. We’re waiting on an update so until then after taking it from the reverse to drive pull over turn the vehicle off turn it back on and it should fix the glitch issue. Are you kidding me? after multiple attempts with the service center still no solution.

Great service. Can't say enough good about these folks. Brought my 2019 Dodge Ram 3500 in for a service, and they took great care of me and in a timely manner. The only disappointment I have is that I'm looking for the email so I can give the young lady a great review. I'll be looking for that email. Next time I'm in town and need a service, I'll be headed back in.

So I've been talking back and forth about trading my 2018 Nissan Titan in the past several months. Finally got to where I needed to make a choice. I was able to work a deal out. That worked for me, my business and my family and get in a new 2024 RAM 2500 Bighorn 4-wheel drive, beautiful truck and half a day! Paul Wilson was instrumental in making the deal go smoothly and efficiently. I was in and out of there signing paperwork in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
