Zach, the sales associate working with me on the purchase of my new vehicle was very informative and attentive to my needs and expectations. The level of service was top tier. I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience. I felt welcomed and like family from the time I stepped into the office. There was no pressure, just focus on what made me happy and worked best for me. My vehicle was specifically picked just right for me. No improvements can be made. More than exceeded all expectations I would have ever though of. From the coffee bar, arcade machines, complimentary snacks, free wifi, free shuttle bus, mini putting green, etc. I was met and greeted on the service drive with a smile from multiple people. I was number one in every employees eyes! Upon leaving they placed a cold water bottle in my cupholder with a personalized card thanking me for my service! Also, the toilet paper was great plush and more than one ply like most places!

I love Mitsubishi Motors they are so awesome I have purchased 5 cars from them over the years and they have taken care of me in every way and never complained they have the greatest staff working there Todd,Melissa,Don are my favorite people they have truly taken care of me and my car also the service department is awesome cause they definitely take care of your vehicle and make sure your safe on the road.
