Don’t use this company at all and especially don’t work with Hal, very unprofessional. When I asked for 30 minutes to talk with my wife about the deal he said no, you only have 15 and was serious about it. When we found a better deal down the road at Autonation (use Chris there by the way) he got mad and continued texting me saying “I guess we see how smart you are!”

Do not go to this dealership! They have a corrupt car salesman scamming people by the name of Chris Whitt. I have had to file 3 police reports as well as going to the state attorneys office. I have a good attorney. Karma sucks. I suggest Do not buy a car from here if you do Do not go to Chris Whitt. Scams people, lies to people and thinks he can keep getting away with it.
They also stole my driver's license that is still in the car that was re sold its sad when you have to get the State attorneys office involved and am attorney. Never got that back from these theifs. Karma sucks good luck

Mr. Blair, at Bay Cars in Panama City. The vehicle was priced on Facebook Marketplace, and I agreed to purchase it based on the listed price. However, upon proceeding with the transaction, I was informed of a price increase of over $7,000. Additionally, I was told that $3,800 was needed for servicing and detailing the vehicle.
As the owner of a car rental company with a fleet of over 50 vehicles, I am well-versed in the costs associated with vehicle maintenance. I find the justification for the price increase to be misleading and not reflective of actual service costs.
The initial agreed-upon price was fair, and I am concerned about the integrity of the business practices demonstrated by Mr. Blair in this situation

Car accident 6-12-23, my car repairs are still not right. People don't return calls/emails..even made it to the managers..still..my car isn't right!

My wife's car was in a crash, and this is a Geico preferred location (no idea why). We have had nothing but problems with service and the body shop, and they refuse to return any of our calls. Dusty, a manager, promised my wife a call from the service manager and body shop to get things straightened out, that was two weeks ago. So, no, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This has been dragging on for 4-5 months.

Trying to get someone to call you back to schedule service is the worst. I've called on and off for a week, someone will always take my name and # but no call back. I finally went up to there today and my appointment is a month out. Super annoyed and frustrated
