“This is the best parts store in Panama City. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Gage is one of the best employees !! He helped my daughter and I get the right parts to fix her heater last night. He took the time to show us several things we could change out like the thermostat ,sensors and heater hose. The store is clean and stocked .Thank you for making it less stressful.”

“Shawn/Sean was just amazing. I was on my way to get an oil change, and my coolant light came on (red of course). Nervous, I pulled into O'Reilly's and before I even got in line he asked what I need- to which I replied 'help (lol)' He smiled and came around the corner and walked out to my car, explained what was going on. He grabbed the right coolant, filled it up in my car. Gave me advice on coolant leaks and the pressure the coolant container holds when the car is hot. Thought me how to check if it was too hot to open or not. An absolute gentleman and sweetheart.”

“Woke up to a dead battery. Called O'Reilly to see if they had one compatable to my make/model. They did!. After getting a jump start I drove over and they already had my info in their system and were prepared for my visit. Installed new battery and I was on my way. Excellent customer service.”
“Replaced 2 trolling motor batteries. They had 2 replacements in inventory. Went there in my wife’s Acura, which had been slightly sluggish lately when starting, so while we there we had the battery tested. Sure enough, it was on its way out. Richard promptly replaced it with a new battery, no installation charge, and had to remove a few components to do it. Very impressive service. We were in and out in no time, reasonably priced.I’ve been using this store for several years, and always had a great experience there. Highly recommend.”
