The lady with short hair and glasses working at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I work for a company that has an account with Cadence Bank, I walked in and asked if she could pull up the account as I did not have the account number but needed to make a deposit. She searched the name and stated that our company did not have an account there. After contacting corporate and verifying I was at the correct bank I went back inside. Let her know that the company did have an account, she stated “ no you don’t, I just checked”. When I opened the envelope with the deposit slip and cash she scoffed and said “ well you didn’t tell me you had a deposit slip”. I don’t know how this woman still works in a customer service position.

Do NOT bank here! They will rob you!! If you deposit money from cash app and try to zelle it to someone they try to Zelle it, it'll go threw then your bank is the negative 140 $, & the only answer they have is they have Is there system can't keep up with how fast your receiving and sending money. You gotta wait till the next business day to use the money you deposit from your cash app to stay out of the negative. You can have proof that you sent exactley what is said was available and they'll tell that it's your problem. Because they can't afford a proper system for there so they can continue to rob people. By far the worst bank you could ever bank with. What's crazy is I zelled every day for two weeks an your ganna sit there and tell us that all of sudden your system can't keep up with it and charge me 200 back to back. Absolutely not. We will be taking legal action on the account of Taylor. A system error is your problem not ours, it's your job to fix it then return the outrageous amount of money you took especially when I have proof of every dollar accounted for that was deposited to the bank & adds up to the exact dollar that was sent. This place is a fraud!!

Mia Pankey was my loan officer, Communication was poor. When my credit score increased 21pts since application start Mia assured me that it most likely "went down" and should not be checked so that we could utilize the better score. First red flag!! Her "team" somehow had difficulty with verifying 2 jobs, completed verifications of employment and paystubs weren't enough. They defaulted on my home loan a couple days before the 2ND closing date. The explanation of why was "your employment is throwing us for a loop." Mia knew about my employment far in advance, you would think 2 jobs would be confusing 6 weeks prior to closing as opposed to days before the 2ND closing date. Mia Pankey was unaware of home loan qualification guidelines but she is a loan officer....strange. The team of loan processors and assistants at BanscorpSouth Panama City must not be too spiffy themselves since they can't verify employment documents or paystubs. I will certainly be sending my fellow registered nurse coworkers elsewhere for their home loan. I hope Mia and her team take the time to educate and train properly in their field and profession so that this does not happen to someone else.

We had the great pleasure of Darren Golema assisting us through our newest home purchase and it was by far the best experience we have ever had with a lender.
