I was looking for a washer and dryer set. I found the only set that was left. When the set was delivered it was not the set purchased. I had purchased from Badcock before and the service was excellent. I don't know what happened here.

New manager was so much better, Tatiana was just great to work with. Completely changed my opinion of this store, I was telling people to go to the other store because of my previous experience. Glad you have a more professional and nice manager in there now.
