Drove all the way there on the 4 of July the hours on line said they will close early at 8pm I was there at 7pm found a sign on the door closed at 6pm.thanks auto zone.

Sold me a mispackaged tool and refuse to do anything about it. Miserable experience. As a 3rd generation Auto Tech I don't wish to complain, but that was a miserable 2.5 hours wasted at the store.

On my last visit to the AutoZone in Lihue, an employee came out to my car as I was leaving & threatened that if I ever came back to the store, he would beat me up.

I asked guy did he know how to get a part off my vehicle while I was parked in the parking lot and he says "we can't disassemble your vehicle for you"!! I guess it was his break time cause he then goes over and gets on his phone and smokes his cigarette!!
