The team at Autonation Ford was excellent to work with. Top-notch customer service, a clean and welcoming space, and lots of inventory to choose from. Sam and Ty were particularly great to work with, but everyone we met was friendly and kind. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends/family.

Bought a 2017 GT Mustang. The car was located in Jacksonville FL and the salesman was able to have the car brought to my local dealership in Panama City FL which was awesome and then the trouble starts…. Was told I could not pickup the car for a week due to service inspections. Once I got the car and drove it a couple of days I noticed two issues, transmission surging and a gas smell. Come to find out, transmission needed replaced and the gas tank had a broken part and needs replaced. Transmission was done by Bondys in Dothan AL, however, the gas tank still has not been done and my car has been there for over 3 weeks now. Was told twice that car would be ready for pickup on 10-18-24 and at the last moment, after reaching out to my service advisor was informed that a bolt could not be removed due to some tool needed and the car would not be ready 10-18-24. Me personally am calling BS on this! I am now to a point that I want to get the local media involved and want another GT Mustang 2017 or newer of same mileage and specs to replace it. I have spent nearly 30k with this dealership purchasing cars and this is how I get treated after the sale. I will never buy another vehicle from Autonation Ford of Panama City FL and will not recommend them to anyone period. Just horrible to treat someone like this.
