Great staff and service! I was going to be delayed getting to my appointment due to a road construction mess and they easily scheduled me for another opening a little later the same day. Once we arrived, the staff went right to work processing the administrative details, showing me my mask options, and thoroughly explaining my CPAP machine to me and how the therapy works. They made getting started a breeze and followed up with me a few days later to check how I was getting on with my new routine. Very knowledgeable and caring group of people!

I suffer from COPD and require supplemental oxygen. My pulmonologist insisted I switch my DME supplier to AeroCare and I am very pleased she did! They immediately sent out a representative that set up my main oxygen concentrator, my portable concentrator and an emergency tank as well. The representative showed me how to operate each piece of equipment and left me with an ample supply of oxygen tubing and nasal cannulas as well. My previous supplier was slow to respond and very limited on available equipment. I can highly recommend AeroCare to others.

They got me in quickly. Once in, were very informative, friendly and professional. Took the time to show me how to use my prescription, how to clean it, & how to easily get my supplies needed. Was in and out in a timely manner with no waiting.

One word comes to mind incompetence. They are rude and refuse to listen. One CSR who called me refused to stop with his integration of my name, dob, address etc. Even after I told him over and over I was trying to get into a DR appt. When I told him I wanted a supervisor to contact me he hung up on me. This is only one exsmple.
