I'll give him a 3 because there are overpriced but I'll give him five for convenience because a lot of times you can get to an Ace hardware before you make it to home Depot or Lowe's where you can get the same product at a lower price

Customer service is always great, but the prices are quite a bit higher. I guess you pay for what you get.
