I called them for insurance quote. On a 2020 Mazda, CX5I hadn't had car insurance for a year and a 1/2. They tried to charge me more than the car payment. And they try to charge d*** You're $570 a month. There's nothing but a scam and if I could. I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau for what they're trying to do. I've gotten quotes that were over half that less.

They sell your insurance policy! Cant tell me who and yet it says acceptance America! No one actually knows who I need to talk to make to any changes and when I went to cancel it, nobody could find it, but they still keep taking money! Go with Geico!!!

Please all A HUGE shout out to Lella Garcia at store 609 23rd in Panama City Fl. While I did not have a car accident per say I had a serious fall while helping my elderly mother then contracted a 107.5 fever somehow that left me in a coma but survived. I returned to my home to receive mail that jeopardized my ability to drive, effected my appts and ability to work again so I was full on panicked and it's a side effect too boot. Lella found affordable and positive solutions, rectified discrepancies immediately and then took the time to ensure I was safe, happy and gave me the ok thumbs up I could drive today. I can't say enough how much that meant to me personally but business wise also. I don't see that level of customer service care and I rarely need it but my gosh I did this go round!!! Thank you so much Lella!!! May it all come back to you 7kx over !

Great insurance company. I had been dealing with the process of letting my lemon of a vehicle go back to where it came from prior to calling and getting help from one of the local agents. She was very patient and empathetic of my venting but because I had already spoke with the manager Sandy a few days before about the same thing she transferred me to her. Ms. Sandy also was very helpful and quick with communication. She was able to get my request taken care of efficiently. Thank you to the acceptance team of 23rd st in panama city for all the help. Highly recommend them for your auto insurance needs.

Sandy Gorham is an absolute joy to work with she goes above and beyond for her customers made us feel very welcomed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.
