Overcharged for an extra month after move out inspection. They admitted in emails that I was due a refund. They just can't seem to actually do it. I moved out of my unit on June 2, 2023. My next payment date was June 19, 2023. After contacting the office by phone and requesting confirmation that I moved out, I received none. On June 10, 2023 I drove back to their location and obtained a receipt showing a $0 balance on the account. They billed me anyway on June 18, 2023 resulting in 3 overdraft charges of $25.00 each. I have spoken with Cari, Assistant Manager, on 5 separate occasions. I have 5 emails, two of which Cari acknowledged the error. Each time I contacted her she stated she would contact the office to fix the error. Spoke with her on August 7, 2023. She said no one has called her back from the corporate office which is now 7 weeks later. Not sure if this company is a scam by overcharging elderly customers, or if this is just extreme negligence. this place is a joke! I cannot get in my unit because of a 20 charge in a late fee on a bill that was never late. I call in my payment every month have been for 2 years now, I was unable to talk to someone only to leave a message which I did, however, no call back. i left two messages. i finally get someone they take my payment and the next month i call in payment and was told i had 20 in late fees. I will not pay this and was told this would be taken care of and taken off account. this started in may and now it is aug. i continued paying my storage less late fee. well now there is a lock and i cant get in my unit which has been paid on time every month. They claim there nis nothing they can do about it. they have said for two months i would get a call from upper management which never happened and they will not provide me a number to call or a email address to contact someone. I am furious! i will be contacting the better business bureau and I suppose I will be forced to seek other legal avenues to resolve this situation that never should have taken place. What other choice is there when you have tried unsuccessfully for months to reach whomever it might be that can help resolve my issue - the issue I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO FROM THE GET-GO!?! The bill has NEVER been paid late, therefore I'm pretty certain that means locking my belongings inside a unit and denying me access to it when every single month the payment is being made as required by my contract with this place would constitute a criminal offense. I have literally attempted for the past four months to reach a manager as I have continued to make my payment on time each of the four months since this began and I am FED UP with each and every single person that continues to refuse to provide a contact person in management, and continue to assure me that their promises of a call coming in from someone to address my problem can be expected! Obviously the managers of this place have little to no desire to do what is necessary to retain customers - even when they pay on time every month! Or are they happy hiding themselves away and playing games when they are supposed to be managing this place? And while I am on this topic, within the first 6 months of renting this unit, my rent was raised almost $50 per month! So I have paid my bill each month anyways, but now I am denied entry to my things?! SHAME ON THE SKETCHY PLACE!!! You will be hearing from me until this is resolved! I do not care and I will not take my review off until you reach out to make this right! But regardless, I will be in touch everyday until this is addressed, and if it requires me seeking a legal remedy to the situation, then so be it. YOU HAVE YOUR MONEY; I DO NOT PAY YOU LATE, NOR HAVE I EVER PAID YOU LATE; AND YOU SOMEHOW THINK THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO PRACTICE BUSINESS IN THIS COMM UNITY?!

I had the pleasure of working with Cari who went above and beyond to help me. There was a little mishap when I reserved a space online but Cari took care of it and even got me in a better location. Her and her coworker were both very sweet and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!
