Thieves. Scam Artists. Time wasters. I waited for someone to help me for over an hour on a 5 minute overdraft fix. I prefer having face to face interaction and as a customer that should be respected. However, it should not take over an hour to talk to anyone let alone a customer. They wait until Sunday (the day they are closed) to charge me and then charge the $35 overdraft fee. This time it happened twice resulting in a $70 fee. They explained that they have an ATM but that was after the fee and I already explained that I didn't know that and that I prefer face to face. If someone doesn't want to do telemedicine because they are not comfortable with it then they go somewhere else which is what I am going to do. Do you know how many ATMS are hacked and or stolen? Why would I come by and put my money in an ATM late at night putting my money at risk? I asked them to close the account and paid what I owed but told them I'm not paying the overdraft fee because that was ridiculous. I understand they have an overdraft fee but they don't understand that I cannot always make it to the bank. My gf is with another bank (Innovations) and they gladly repaid the overdraft fees up to $300. They understand that the overdraft fee is outrageous especially when the fee is automatically taken out sometimes before the original charge has even gone through. Ultimately, I have decided to move to Innovations as my experiences with them have been more positive and everyone is more helpful there. Wells Fargo talks about equality but they are not for the lower or middle class who have to worry about overdraft fees and other such concerns. I suggest others stay away from this bank, even though they are one of the oldest banks in America they still do not have the banking system figured out.

DO NOT BANK WITH ANY WELLS FARGO BANKS. THEY WONT TAKE THEIR OWN CHECKS. Printed payroll checks and my employees can't cash their checks here! You been warned

Honestly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced at any bank. This branch made me reconsider opening an account with them. I'm a retired Air Force veteran so I've been with USAA for years. But since we bought a house, we were considering getting a Wells Fargo account just for bills. The banker totally ignored us, while we had been waiting for over an hour. Other people came and went and even some guy asking for a power of attorney for his mother was attended to before us. The banker (I think her name is Robin) did not even try to come over and ask us to please be patient. Even a senior citizen who had a 1330h appointment was ignored and he had to leave despite having an appointment. It was a total disregard to our time, like we didn't matter. I find this utterly disrespectful and will make sure I spread the word about how they treat customers and potential customers. Plus, their ATMs were down. They are short staffed, do not honor appointments and very rude.

I went into the branch on Thomas Dr. And said I would like to open up an account. The teller said she would have to check with a person in the office. When she returned I was told the earliest I could be seen was October 9. If it takes that long to open an account I’m glad I went to another bank.

Went in to open a savings account. Customer service was lacking. Decided to open the account with another bank. If the manager would like to contact me, I would be happy to discuss my experience.

We went to the Thomas Drive branch to deposit a large check. Ever since we have been trying to get the branch manager to call us back and explained what happened. We haven’t even received the courtesy of a call back. While there we waited a long time while other people came and went. Sitting there you could see several tellers gathered but since we have never had issues with our account in the decade we have been there, it didn’t register right away that they were discussing our account. For several long minutes a group of young ladies looked at the screen and even pointed at my car and then finally finished the transaction and I went in my way only thinking, that was weird. It was not until later on when I tried to get gas that I learned my card was not working. I called the other person on the account and asked and she said her was not working either and she was stranded at a empty house we were moving out of because she couldn’t get gas in her SUV. After many phone calls since it was after hours we found out there was a freeze on our account. Something they could have told us directly and I realized they sat there and discussed while pointing and gawking at me instead of telling me directly. For an entire night we were left to wonder what was going on until “legal” could inform us in the morning. We found out that a state was trying to collect on a debt that was from 1991 that we were never served for and was never in my name but because I lived in the house someone ran a business out of. We have secured an attorney to address the issue with Mississippi. In the mean time, Thomas drive Wells Fargo has cost Wells Fargo my business. After speaking with several other banks on the issue we were told it is policy they tell their customer before allowing something to be deposited if there was a hold or freeze or any issue on the account. Even if it was over-drafted they would cash the check directly and allow us to pay the overdraft and then look into the issue with the legal order ourselves. The only event they wouldn’t do that for was a direct deposit, as if a deposit was made in person, they would tell us. Three banks have backed this up. We are your customers and have been for over a decade. Not some backwoods state that has hired some crooked commissioner who has figured out how to go around statue loopholes and steal money from citizens, as an attorney has told us has been rampant.

Horrible Costumer service. You need to call in advance to MAKE A DEPOSIT!!!! Yes. TO MAKE A DEPOSIT because is really INCONVENIENT for the manager… that has a terrible actitud by the way!!! I do have 3 mortgages with Wells Fargo and 2 accounts, and considering moving to another bank!!! This branch is by far the worst… just like the actitud of their employees.

We had the pleasure of working with Eric Comer at Wells Fargo 2509 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach. Eric is highly dedicated and knowledgeable with extraordinary customer service skills. We had to do a wire transfer and he did and exceptional job! He was very nice and we look forward to working with him in the future.

Customer service has gone downhill at this branch. It’s non existent. Try to call them. Try to call anyone at the branch, you will not get thru and you will not be called back. Have a quick question, go to another branch because they don’t care. Gustavo used to be helpful but now he won’t return calls at all. Gave me his direct line, always goes to VM and he never calls back. This is not for personal, it’s for business. I’ve decided to take my businesses to another bank simply because this branch has gone downhill.Return calls people!!

Terrible customer service. I went to open a business account and the man who was suppose to help me was not at all helpful. Speaking down on me & cutting me off while I asked questions. It was a horrible experience. I felt like my business was not wanted there, and frankly I’m happy to take it else where.
