Rude! Robert was extremely rude when my phone number did not show up in the system as a rewards member. He then said I must have forgotten my own phone number associated with my account - I only have one phone number and I typed it in several times. He then proceeded talk badly about me to other customers and staff as I went to put back items that I would have gotten on sale due to being a rewards member. Will take my business else where.

RUDE! There was a promotion that didn't work like I thought it did, so I asked the associate to remove the items... no big deal right? Well not to Robert... he sighed, took them off while being clearly bothered by it. Then he just handed me the bags of what I did buy and sighed again. No thank you, no come again, not another word really, just a sigh of frustration.
Not surprised at all that this location has so many bad reviews already...

The dark hair girl working the counter at 4pm on March 5th is awful. Incredibly rude and condescending. Like people are too dumb to see and hear how horribly she speaks to them. I saw her treat every person she dealt with in the same rude manner. That girl should be fired. We will not return. Walmart was out of the prescription or we would not have went. I’m not a Walmart store fan but their pharmacies are pretty awesome.

Called in an RX. They said it would be available next day by 11am.After waiting in a VERY long line ( They only had 1 person working the counter) I was informed that the call center must have dropped the ball and not put the RX through. So frustrated.

I don’t even know what to say about this place. I guess the best way to say it is they could care less about you. If they don’t have what you need they don’t care even if you have gotten the medicine from them for months, they will do nothing to help you. I’ve been lied to by them ,called back the next day and been told a different story. Just awful. If you care about yourself, your health, your family, even if your insurance is through Walgreens, I would highly recommend using a different Walgreens.

I don’t even know what to say about this place. I guess the best way to say it is they could care less about you. If they don’t have what you need they don’t care even if you have gotten the medicine from them for months, they will do nothing to help you. I’ve been lied to by them ,called back the next day and been told a different story. Just awful. If you care about yourself, your health, your family, even if your insurance is through Walgreens, I would highly recommend using a different Walgreens.

Pharmacy staff is incompetent and rude. We have used this pharmacy for 20 years because of the convenience of their locations. My insurance recently changed to one that the company does not contract with...even though it is a division of Blue Cross, Blue Shield. We have often been frustrated with their service. On our last transaction, my husband, who is a heart patient, dropped off his bottles to get his prescriptions refilled. After a very long length of time...days, he was told that his prescriptions were declined. The reason for this was not given to him. When he returned to get his bottles to take them somewhere else, he was told that they were thrown away.

Pharmacy Temporarily closed...again. I called corporate and they said pharmacy closed due to covid. My RX locked inside and can't be transferred. They cannot even open their doors consistently.

Just wanted to run in there real quick to get some covid test cause I found out I have covid and I got up to the counter forgetting that I came in there so I I had to run in the back to get them I was going to buy this thing of eggs and that that I notice they where charging 6.29 now for there brand thing of eggs now and that I told her her to take them off and instead of saying Ok and putting them off to the side she like rudely said oh can you you run these back for me I am like standing there thinking really I am the only one in line and it not like not even 10 steps from where you are standing like seriously and she was just like such a a** when it came to me buying more covid test she like OH YOU ONOW THEY AREN'T RETURNABLE Right I am like ok that is fine she just so rude every body on there was not friendly like at all very poor service thankfully I am moving so no so I don't have to deal with such rude service here like it obovusy I am sick you idiot
