Sam was great in helping fix a SIM FAILURE!! She is extremely knowledgeable and a super sales person. After my problem was resolved she introduced to me my options to upgrade to the iPhone 15 and made me aware of the Verizon internet trial! She is definitely a KEEPER! Thanks again Sam

I was in a couple of weeks ago. While on vacation my phone began having problems. Thankfully i went to Verizon at Pier Park. It was a bright spot for my trip. Tia helped me get a new phone set up and the entire experience was the absolute BEST that I've ever had with any cell set up EVER! She was knowledgable and everything was taken care of very quickly, including transferring all my old phone data and putting a screen protector on my phone. I would highly recommend this store and especially Tia!

Sam & the rest at this Verizon store are amazing…friendly, skilled & solve all kinds of issues.
Sam helped me with a transfer from T-Mobile - new equipment, & I couldn’t be more pleased. She also handled some critical issues that had not been resolved. Sam, thank you greatly for your expertise and help.

I had an older iPhone without much space so I decided to stop in for a new one. Sam helped me through everything so quick and easy, I couldn’t have been more pleased with this store and especially her. She upgraded and explained everything perfectly and will be telling my friends and family to go here now.

Stopped by while visiting Pier Park the other day and Jeremy B was amazing! He explained all the new phones to me and helped me get an updated 5G phone. Will definitely visit again next time I’m in the area.

Tia from this Verizon store was such a sweetheart! I wanted to trade in my old iphone to get the latest one and she was able to help me get the items I wanted. The store were having some internet problems however Tia made sure I was going to get the newest phone. Ask for Tia when you do go and shop! :)
