Sam was great in helping fix a SIM FAILURE!! She is extremely knowledgeable and a super sales person. After my problem was resolved she introduced to me my options to upgrade to the iPhone 15 and made me aware of the Verizon internet trial! She is definitely a KEEPER! Thanks again Sam
