I mailed packages during the Christmas rush. A long line but it was to be expected. I found the employee who helped me (a man I don’t remember his name) to be quick, and most of all competent. My packages arrived to their destination on time and in tact. Expensive, but what isn’t these days?! Lol

Awful. They refuse to deliver any packages to an address higher than the first floor. They sent a message stating they attempted to deliver a package to my daughter yesterday but the mailbox was full. Cute excuse considering the package is too big for ANY mailbox. Too lazy to at leaat leave it at the office they DRIVE RIGHT BY TO GET TO THE MAILBOXES?! She called since the package was for her baby, they told her it was in Rosemary Beach, so she went to that location only to be told she needed to go to Middle Beach!! This is not the first time! We had to scramble to buy another car seat so my grandson could be brought home after his birth. They did the same thing with the original car seat that was sent from another family member out of town! They refused to deliver it!! It's one thing to pick and choose what you deliver to a house ( because they do it to my HOME address as well), but now they are interfering with a new mom and her baby and I'm sure she isn't the only one. Every bad review left by others it absolutely true. How is this place still open or under the same management?

I have had nothing but horrible experiences when having to deal with the postal service here in Panama City. They will send you to another office, just for them to tell you that you need to go back to the original office. Was supposed to have my mail on hold, but they never did. Now I have a package and an extremely important letter trapped in the mailbox, to which I am still waiting a mailbox key for. I am extremely frustrated and very upset that this is happening. The previous resident of my apartment currently still has access to the mailbox. So, currently my mail is not secure. Time for some additional training for your postal employees, because this is unacceptable. I will do everything I can, within my power, to not utilize the post office. Hopefully I can get my extremely important mail in a timely manor, and before the previous resident just comes and takes it. My neighbors have told me she still comes and check the mail, even after a couple months from vacating the apartment. I will use UPS or FedEx for everything I can in the future. Cause this is a headache that could’ve been prevented if the employees had been doing their job properly.

Can never make deliveries during business hours.-Always have to go in to the location during middle of business day.-only 1 person working- 40 people in line....

This is the third time I’ve come to this post office in his many days I need a service that only be performed by someone at the desk. There’s a line out the front door and only one clerk. The first two days I waited in the line never moved Today I didn’t even wait. I really do love the post office. I used to enjoy getting cards and sending Christmas cards every year. I don’t know what is happened to the Postal Service but the decline is undeniable. I try to do as much as I can without having to come to the post office and need assistance, but when I do, I don’t mind waiting but when line is not moving for over 30 minutes not even one there’s an issue. They really really need to get more staff. I know they’re busy, but something has to be done. Sometimes I think they do it intentionally.

6 months of living in the same place and they abruptly stopped delivering my mail after leaving a letter telling me to raise my box higher and knocking it off the post. It's the same height as the other 5 boxes next to it.....no one else got a letter. New post and box on the way but I would like the package I was waiting for! I tried calling the post office multiple times and no one ever answers.

To reiterate the other reviews, expect a 30-45 minute wait. Honestly, I feel bad for the employees they do have.They have a bin where you can drop off pre-labeled / pre-packaged returns - do NOT leave your package there. I have had 2 packages that have gone missing in the last month. Not sure if someone is stealing them or what is going on, but it’s absolutely ridiculous. Would recommend the drive in town before using this location again.

Every time it is terrible experience. 20 people in line. Workers work slow. Only 1 counter is open. They never use amazon hub to deliver items. Just put notice and go pickup yourself. One time they told me they couldn’t locate my package and I have to ask amazon for refund. After call to usps support and rising the claim my package was found same day even after work hours. So basically she didn’t even want to check for my huge 35 lbs package

Terrible service. Completely understaffed. The mail carriers refuse to deliver packages and always leave a notice, forcing you to travel to the post office to wait in line forever because there aren't enough people behind the counter, all to get the mail that should have come to my door in the first place. I've wasted so many hours doing their job, just trying to get my stuff. It's horrendous.

I’ve been here many times and there is never more than one agent, nor a wait time less than 1.5 hours. Ridiculous.

Absolutely the worse post office I have ever been to. They need to get a new management team and restructure how they handle business. It is ridiculous that you must wait an hour in line to pick up a package. With as many apartments as there are on the beach, the post office needs to develop a faster process. Having one person do everything is not very productive.

The post office is horrible. No matter what day or time you go, you wait at least 40 minutes. There is only one person at the desk no matter how long the line is. People need to be sent off the line if they are not prepared. But I have noticed it depends if counter person knows them or not. We go to fed ex or ups now. I'm not wasting my day to mail a package.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the postal delivery personnel. They are fabulous. When I'm expecting something, it's there. They are friendly, nothing is ever damaged. They are the only saving grace to this post office being used at all.

Every package I ever get sent to my apartment never gets delivered. Instead it gets sent to this post office, which with traffic is 30+ minutes from where I live. Apparently the mail lady who works for the apartment refuses to actually deliver any of our products. This is happening to over 1000 tenants in my community. Not once have I been in there where they have more than one person working at a time. The lines are astronomically long due to the lack of workers. Be prepared to wait in a room of silence with some other folks for over 30 minutes. Hopefully the worker or workers (if you’re lucky to get two employees) have a good attitude.

I am stay In line to ship my small pack already hour, and look like still will stay for one hour more because only one worker. I could use the their ship kiosk of course but this option is unavailable. I see people on front of me they just need to receive package and they already in line more than hour. Rediculas. I am local and a year ago it wasn't such bad but for sure now the worst post office ever. O, btw, the people try to reach the line behind me already on the parking outside, because all lobby full. One worker, crazy....

Without exaggeration over 4 years of living here, line is 35 minutes or more every time. Understaffed permanently to say the least! Forced here because we do not have a post office on the west end so it's 30 min drive and then 30 min wait. Plan your day accordingly and do your meditation ?♂️
