This is the absolute worst UPS store I’ve ever encountered, I have my drivers license on my phone and they would not let me send papers via USPS without having my actual drivers license on me, I’ve been coming to the store for the last 10 years and I definitely will not be back.

I absolutely love coming to The UPS Store #6067 on Navy Blvd! The store is always so clean and welcoming, and the team here is friendly, helpful, and always quick to get things done. No matter how busy they are, they greet you with a smile and make the process easy. It’s rare to find a place that’s consistently this fast and pleasant—thank you for making every visit a great one!

Getting passed over while waiting in line for 20 minutes because someone came back into the store that wasn’t prepared the first time shouldn’t be an inconvenience to anyone. I get it. You knew her. Just saying you are doing your friend a favor. I might note there was no one in line behind me and I had waited for 6 other patrons before. I’ll never return to your facility. I’ll buy a donkey and send it with a rider before I go through that again. Dead to me

The staff has done almost everything possible to help get packages handled carefully. They have a personal touch with professionalism usually. On 07/18/2025 all staff were exemplary in service and a10+ customer satisfaction score.

The lady with the strong Jamaican accent didn't explain anything, barely helped, then charged me $5 to return a $10 item THAT AMAZON PROVIDED EVERYTHING FOR. I hope this place closes down.

Friendly, but not business friendly. It's not an actual UPS location. General business shipments on account are nearly impossible. It should be seamless, but my 5 min project quickly became over 30 min. At least the staff as friendly.
Not even sure what could have made it better. The staff kinda threw their hands up..

Do not use this place for notary services. Just go to your bank where it's free and it's much quicker. I waited for the person ahead of me to get their documents notarized which took forever. The guy had to call his wife in etc. They really should have put him to the side to help me. The guy doing the notary didn't communicate with them that he was ready to check them out and that took way longer than it should have. When he got to me, he looked through my documents which my wife had even organized it with sticky notes as to which pages needed notarized. The guy messed up the 26 page documents which were in order when we started. He kept having to go back and look at them to write down what they were. Then he told me he couldn't do one of them. When I went to pay he then went over to help one of the other associates that had a problem with a customer while I waited yet again. Take care of your current customer that had already been there for over 30 mins!!! I ended up going to my bank and they had no problem notarizing the document that he refused to do. What an awful and slow experience!!

The store is clean, they have great customer service, very efficient and rarely a wait. They greet you when you arrived immediately ask if you are returning something like Amazon so you can expedite your experience with the self serve station.

Don’t go to the store if you need return service. They will only do it overnight or two-day which is $50 each way. For hurricane victim, who has to send a check to the mortgage company, that’s quite a hit against the overall budget. I have done this at multiple other stores without a problem. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and not his fault. The owner should give his employees the trust to make an exception to the rules for people undergoing emergency circumstances.

Don't use this location. Constant problems every time I walk into this location. Four employees one register open. This place needs new management. Customer service needs an overhaul as well.
