Last time I am going to that location, one lady waste 30 min of my time the last time I was here to put me in the system and oh surprise when I came back they ask me again for an ID when I forgot it my mistake. I couldn’t send my important package because of then probably no register me correctly! Won’t recommend this store. Everything was better when Leah was there!!!

Long lines that moved like a snail, maybe they could update the process to circumvent out the door lines of people waiting to mail something
