Over the years, I’ve came here a couple times.
- Today I am getting ready for road trip came by to get two tires replaced and asked them to inspect my car.
- They skipped the inspection told me my car was done that made me wait an hour before getting it.
- When I went to the bay to see what was taking so long, I saw 10 employees standing together, playing around and laughing.
- After staring at them for about two minutes, they finally dispersed, but continued playing.
- Their employees don’t care about taking anything serious

$58.50 to diagnosis said the car needed battery serpentine belt and alternator $854 I drove the car home without even a jump!

Very good Repair service. I traveled from Atlanta and experienced a very bad engine problem for my 2021 Ford F150. I was referred to Tuffy by another repair shop when they told me that they were a week and a half behind before they could even look at it. I drove to Tuffy‘s and they diagnose the problem in 10 minutes with the cost to repair. The car was not drivable and they were able to get the parts and fix it within two days. Very impressed and I think they are a very efficient and fair operation.

We ran over a curb and thought we did some damage. We didn’t have an appointment and I’m amazed how these guys helped us. They checked out our vehicle…..they were so kind and helpful. We were just amazed at how personable they were in spite of how busy Tuffys was. Thank you all so much …. Not only personable but very efficient! Thanks guys!

Would recommend a hundred times over. The store manager was awesome and the mechanics were nice and pleasant. They didn't try to mislead us and they were honest about my tire repair. I will be back for my car needs while I am in Destin.

Came for vacation and woke up to a flat tire. Got it there and fixed in an hour on a super busy day and made it to the beach in time to still have a "beach day" Very professional, friendly and quick! Thanks so much!

Was visiting Panama City from Memphis & when we were leaving our resort, my Honda Accord wouldn't start. AAA rec Tuffy's & I'm glad they did! Found out it was my starter & the tech Brandon was able to get everything fixed quickly & got us back on the road! Thanks for taking care of us!

great experience. arrived with a flat tire that could t be repaired. it was 45 minutes from closing. upon inspection two other tires were severely worn. very professional. no preasure. agreed to have all replaced if they. oils complete the task by closing. they agreed. they replaced all 4 tires plus alignment AND oil.change. great culture among their employees i would go e then my highest recommendation !! great job. I found myself stranded at Pier Park with a very low tire 45 mins from home! I called Tuffy a half hour before they closed and they told me to bring it on in. They had me back on the road by 6:10. Thank you Darryl, Larry and Noah !! You all are a amazing.
