They are always so friendly... I'm glad I chose to bank with trust mark.... The ladies who work here are always soooo nice and they even say hey Tyler every time I come to this bank... I am not sure the ladies name but she is the main reason I come back

Plenty of other banks to bank with...employees here are rude and incompetent...tried for 30 minutes to open an account but she couldn't "get her computer to work"...and this is the bank manager...

Attempted to get assistance with mortgage when bottom dropped out of the housing market and was never treated so rudely in my life. During mediation they stated "our only obligation is to show up - not make concessions". Will never consider banking there again!
