“I don't recall his name, but the young man at the counter is a pleasure to work with. We had an issue with a car (weed odor that hadn't quite been eradicated) so we drive back hours later. He was extremely apologetic and quickly arranged a replacement vehicle, which worked out beautifully. Upon returning our rental 5 days later, he remembered us and was quick to let us know the original vehicle had been seriously addressed and was now free of the prior aroma distraction :) Super nice fellow, looking forward to doing business here again.”
“My experience with this Budget location was wonderful. Brian was outstanding to work with, and a lifesaver for our already stressful moving experience. He was extremely patient and accommodating when we were 3 1/2 hours late for our appointment, and then none of my bank cards would work because of a fraud alert. He had to stay late for us, yet kept a positive attitude and had nothing negative to say to us. He was actually so cordial and happy throughout the entire thing that he made my day, and made our move not so stressful.”
