Went and saw the Gulf Coast Jam 4 day concerts, a must if you get the opportunity. Although there will be 30k+ people present. But it's well worth it. It is highly secure with law enforcement. I got to see Jelly Roll, among other artists, perform this yr. The work and time they put into sitting this up is beyond amazing. The only downfall is once the show is over for the night is the ungodly traffic! It's most definitely a must go again in the future

Not allowed to enter the parking lot even with parking pass. Breakfast has no edible hot food options… no waffle maker, etc. Coffee is served for limited hours and runs out too fast without being remade quick enough to grab and go. Generally clean like most Marriott chain locations. MOST employees are very nice not to discredit. But overall subpar experiences versus how it advertises. For the premium prices this hotel is a one star skip.

Hands down the worst customer experience I’ve had. The manager, Emily is an actual thief and it looks like I’m not the first to say so. I checked out of this hotel 4 days early and the front desk agent somehow didn’t check me out correctly, so I was charged an extra $2000 before I noticed. When I reached out and said hey I checked out what’s going on, Emily refused to refund me. Telling me that even though I’m on video loading all my things in the car then having a conversation with the front desk at 8 in the morning, I could have been doing anything and they can’t prove it without audio. On top of this I moved to a different Marriott property so they can easily see I wasn’t there. I understand simple mistakes happen, I however don’t understand refusing to do any work to investigate an issue. I offered to send them my photo multiple times for verification and they just said no, I’m clearly at fault.
Edit: As stated above, I did ask to check out early and I am on video doing so. I would argue its the managers job to make sure their employees do their job correctly, not the customers. It is also untrue that I left a do not disturb sign on the door. I agreed to not take maid service when I checked in to save the staff the effort of checking my room everyday.

This was a weeks stay with my family, 2 rooms.
Your entire staff from front desk, to food services and housekeeping are outstanding, professional, and very patient. I was impressed by them as multiple youth sport teams arrived for the weekend and to they managed the “insanity” that was constantly on-going. They deserve a Giant Kudos!
The little market place with snacks from ice cream to cold beer is appreciated.
Your free breakfast with healthy options, was nothing to snicker at. We enjoyed the options served daily and again your staff, was always smiling and extremely patient with their guests.
The rooms are small and for 2 people max YET impressive as they are well stocked. These “baby” suites include everything a person needs for an extended stay (like us). Items included a 3/4 fridge/freezer w/ice cube trays, microwave, 3/4 dishwasher, stove top, coffee pot, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, potato peeler, bottle openers, laundry basket, extra blankets and pillows, just WOW.. your staff put thought into “what your guests could possibly need”… oh and plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure. The only thing we couldn’t find was a safe in the room (closet) but I could have missed it as I was constantly discerning more things in the room. WOW fits the bill.
Fitness Center was clean, maintained with everything in working condition I know, I used it 6-straight days.
Pool area was also clean, maintained, and water temperature was perfect. I also appreciated the touch of tables to sit at and eat as our seafood dinner outside was fantastic plus the free gas grills for the guests, nice touch!
Almost forgot, there’s a laundry room available and the front desk sells the needed cleaning supplies if you’re in a pinch.
Rooms: Please read the review. It's comprehensive.
Nearby activities: Swim with the dolphins, to day excursion trips, to jet ski rentals; it's FL!
Walkability: The traffic gets crazy in PCB therefore the walk to the plaza east of the hotel or to Pier Park and even the beach pier is 1 mile at most.
Food & drinks: This hotel is next to the north entrance of Pier Park. It is literally around EVERYTHING!

This property charges a median rate of 200/night. UNFORTUNATELY, if you're not on the 4th (top) floor and you have inconsiderate guests stomping around above you, you will not likely have a peaceful stay. And then there is the breakfast. Throw just enough "food" out there so that you can advertise "we have breakfast". NEVER AGAIN!

Rooms: Rooms are new and modem. Fully equipped kitchen is nice to have. Everything was super clean and well maintained.

This place is an absolute gem. All amenities and rooms are in working condition and the pool is spotless the front desk agent, Camille J, who greeted us, was outstanding and professional, as was the agent, Camille I, who check this out. Will absolutely stay here again, and also recommend to fellow colleagues.

This is a great place to stay if you want some quiet comfort while still being very close to food/shops and the beach. The pool is heated for those cooler days and the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need.

Amazing service at the hotel! Stayed with my husband! Offered great breakfast options! Even let us have a late checkout! Great, relaxing place to stay! Had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and even utensils inside our room! Great experience
