I took my mother to get a full set & I had a manicure. Lily took care of my mom & her husband took care of me. They were amazing! So nice! My mom is in a wheelchair chair, lily's husband took my mom to my car & helped her in!! That's royal treatment ? thank you so much ? This will be our new place!

Me and my daughter just left, as we walked in the lady up front looked us up and down. Very unprofessional, we arrive 3 hours before closing and asked for full set each and toes painted only. She said she didn’t have the time to accommodate us. There were several nail techs available. Put a sign on the door stating not taking anymore clients for the day if this is the case. Terrible experience with zero customer service.

Have been going to Serena at Tips and Toes for over two years. Highly recommend - my nails and toes always look great. Very clean shop which is very important to me when choosing a salon. I recommend this shop whenever anyone new to the area is looking for a nail salon.

These guys do a great job of keeping my nails in tip top condition, even though I'm a home DIYer, gardener and goat mom. They give a discount for paying in cash so it's worth it to remember to hit up the ATM on your way. I always make a next day or same day appointment and they've never turned me down completely. Win win. Chairs are pretty comfortable and atmosphere is nice.

This place is AMAZING !!!!! After searching for long time here in PC to find a place that they do good job , friend recommended this one and its truly amazing!! Serena is the best !! Love how she listen to you and do great job with pedicure too !! HIGHLY RECOMENDED !!!! Everybody there is so friendly, make you feel very comfortable and honestly doing very good job!!!!

This place made me sick. There is absolutely no ventilation and the entire place reeked of chemicals, within 30 minutes of sitting there I was extremely nauseas and had a migraine. It took 2 hours for a short acrylic set and I couldn’t get the design I wanted because I was scared I was going to puke if I was in the salon any longer. After the woman glued the extension to my nail, she spent 20 painful minutes filing down my natural nail bed just to put acrylic on top of it. It was unnecessary, painful, and damaging to my nail beds. I still feel sick and it’s been 7 hours since I left the salon. The employees are very nice but it was not worth $50 and a raging migraine.

My pedicure was good except the owner was yelling at the guy across from me ! She was badgering him and kept coming back yelling at him. Made me feel very awkward and ruined my experience. I was trying to relax. Paid $75 for a pedicure that halfway through it my heart started racing because of the owner yelling at an employee! Not good business ?

Always a delightful experience going to Tips and Toes that Nail Salon! My nails always look beautiful and the salon doesn't have the acrylic smell that others may have. I highly recommend this business!

HORRIBLE at nail shaping. the only one who can do nails at this place is Lily. I had Tam I think?? Chair 2. Had to go get my nails
fixed after this at another nail salon.
Requested style: Showed a picture. Wanted sparkly nails with pink french. Couldn’t seem to find similar colors. I had to find them. Didn’t have the gems which is fine I guess. Asked
for tapered square and got almost duck nails. French tips are sooooo thick and uneven.

If I could give 0 stars I would horrible customer service sooooo rude COULDNT do what I asked which was so simple yells at you embarrassing me when I asked for simple nails bulky nails horrrible horrible horrrible don’t go here over priced for ugly nails
