Nice place. The view was great on the 13th floor. The wait for an elevator was terrible.Nearby activities: Pier Park. Fly wheel. Kids activities.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants. Good food, however, bring your wallet.

Nice hotel but the beach/rip currents are extremely dangerous. Be very cautious.Noteworthy details: Beware of rip currents !!!!

Nice place. Close to everything. 28th floor is a little to high to see the beach and takes a while to get the elevator. All in all had a very nice stay.

Great views, great bar, great hot tubs, great parking garage. Nearby many attractions, restaurants, etc.

Location is wonderful. Right on the beach. Walk out the door and onto the sand. The amenities are wonderful. They have two pools outside and one pool inside. They have two hot tubs outside and a hot tub in the weight room. They also have a workout center that has everything you need. All the rooms are facing the oceans. You open up your balcony door and smell the saltwater. Unfortunately, we booked a room through AB&B, and it was privately owned. The furniture was not like it looked like in the pictures. The couch and chairs in the living room, as well as bed, made you sit or lay in a pre-made hole. It rained a few days, so we needed to stay inside. It was awful trying to figure out how to get comfortable. Other guest I spoke to had the same issue. Furniture out of date and uncomfortable. But there is a sitting room you can go to on the 2nd floor. Construction going on outside, so it's pretty noisy during our stay. But overall, a great place for families! Lots of security and gated. ⛱️ ??

Great location and security was everywhere. People were friendly and it felt very safe. The inside hot tubs always seemed to be cloudy so we would use the outside ones.Rooms: Each condo is decorated uniquely by their owner.

What a view from the 30th floor.. the condo was well done, no problem there.. the view, the waves and the water puts you immediately in a vacay mode..The property itself has many amenities.. It's few miles to many places.. a must visit.. we are going to repeat this every year..

We had a corner unit with an amazing view. We did go in off season, so it was pretty empty. Too cold for the outdoor pool, but we were able to walk on the beach and take a dip in the indoor pool. There’s also a movie theater with 2 free showings a day and a game room.
