    It's an older building, elevators take long. $40 a day to rent a lawn chair on the beach with an umbrella. Walking distance to food.

    Nice place. The view was great on the 13th floor. The wait for an elevator was terrible.Nearby activities: Pier Park. Fly wheel. Kids activities.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants. Good food, however, bring your wallet.
