Terrible customer service. Rude employees. Went in 10 minutes before close and employees were snobby. I dropped my ice cream, went back in & they rudely exclaimed “we’re closed” even though it was 9:59. I understand the circumstances, but it could’ve been conveyed much nicer & polite.

The sweetest spot on 30a. This is always a must visit. They have the endless candy selection and cute gifts. The staff is sweet too. Our go to ice cream spot!

When I attended this establishment (3/8/2023) there were two girls working who were very stand-offish and rude. I asked for a sample and I was looked up and down and asked “you’ve never tried chocolate before?” Plus numerous other comments. I will never come back. The ice cream is fine, the location is fine, but the service is definitely not worth it…

Unbelievably rude owner who yelled at young kids for walking into the store when the door was open. Then proceeded to argue with us when we apologized for the honest mistake.
