NEVER rent at this complex if you value your life!!! Gates have not been fixed in a few years, which is total misrepresentation, and people gather and sleep in their cars with the cars backed into the spaces and they are clearly visible at night sleeping. In addition there is visible drug paraphernalia laying on the ground off the back patios as well as trash attached to dirty stairs and rails including used toilet tissue clinging to the stair rails. It looks like valet trash employees were running for their lives to do their jobs and get out of there. All I am telling you is verified in pictures!!!

These apartments are marketed as a luxury apartment homes they are in fact not the pool area is disgusting. Half of the stuff does not work. The gym equipment looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in six months and the gym equipment is faulty living at 10 X retreat has not been a delight or luxurious at all, the company just had to let go of an employee because of how he treated the residence over half of the residents requested that this certain maintenance worker not come into their apartment if that doesn’t say something about the person and the companies hiring procedures I don’t know what does Most people are paying $2000-$2500 for a three bedroom apartment that has not been updated in years if you were looking for a quick place to move. Sure it’s fine but if you were looking for somewhere to raise your family, I do not recommend I can’t even bring my daughter to the pool due to how nasty it is I came to the pool right when it opened and the railing connected to the pool was not even connected to the fence. Someone could’ve fallen off and gotten hurt, there are tiles broken which is a safety hazard. The place is just overall nasty. The outside of the apartments in the stairwells are absolutely disgusting. The office tries to fine people for leaving their trash out but yet it does not resolve the rodent problem. When we first moved in we requested for the building stairs to be pressure washed, and we had to fight with the office for almost 6 months just to get it cleaned, but yet this is a luxury apartment complex if you can find somewhere nicer cleaner and more functional to live go there. The office messed up our lease in the beginning because the apartment they tried to move us into was filled with mold so I requested a different apartment. We were supposed to sign a 15 month lease. The staff messed up our lease and only gave us 12 months when we noticed a problem we asked if there is any way to fix it to extend our lease for 15 months they said no you sign a 12 month lease that’s it you have to leave or resign a lease and pay potentially $200 more a month for apartment that is not luxury I’m just overall disappointing with this complex as soon as we moved into our apartment, we noticed our dishwasher had this rust coming out of the inside of it we put in multiple work orders, and the maintenance crew claims that they fixed it by just putting bleach in it and running a load even though it did not fix it out of our 12 month lease, it took us 10 months to fight with the office to get a replacement dishwasher just so we could use the dishwasher to wash our dishes Please former on opinion about this place but take my review into consideration, when considering moving to 10x retreat PCB

terrible!
it is saturday, 90 + degrees, and the neighbor opposite has put out on the breezeway unbagged garbage. it has been there since friday, in gross violation of the rules.
most disappointing, when i brought this to the attention of the office, the rep was dismissive, blithely stating that she would "reach out" to the tenant. i asked if the trash would be removed. she looked up from her computer - clearly unconcerned - and indicated that nothing could be done immediately. so the trash remains. and it likely will remain until valet pickup on sunday.
by the way, this breezeway is filthy. and i have seen large cockroaches running about at night. i have asked twice that something be done about the situation, which has existed for more than six months, but the same rep blithely stated it was a problem involving the valet and that 10X was talking to them about it. this was approximately two weeks ago.
responsible action is required. 10X is in violation of the lease.

“If You Don’t Like Our Property Anymore, Maybe We Shouldn’t Renew Your Lease.”
I am a 6 year resident, I have paid my rent on time, every time.
I am developing a website dedicated to my one star review for this property.
If you look through my review history, you will notice two things:

My bathroom sink is unclogged and the kitchen disposal is fixed. You also caught a big roach! Big thanks for that one. However, my washer is still not fixed and I'm having to go commando now. Not a good look. Please fix my washer, for everyone's sake!!! Thanks!!! PS I'm going to hold off showing my commando look, so no photos this time.
