I walked in asking to have a document scanned and a snobby lady made a rude dismissive gesture with her hand as if brushing me away, saying “I don’t have time I’m busy”. Nasty customer treatment, brace yourselves before you walk in.

Great customer service! I had inquiries in at multiple company’s in town, no one was returning my calls or emails! I found “the print shop” and they had my item ready within 20 minutes of me contacting them!! Will definitely be making the trip across the bridge for their services from here on out!

I would steer clear of this shop. Jennifer and her husband are super nice, but they just don’t have it together as far as business is concerned. No attention to detail, poor communication, and no organization. Sadly, I won’t be using them any more.

When is was traveling with my sons soccer team (December 2019) i needed to print out an email and the fine folks at The Print Shop did that for me for free. I was in jam and they helped me. Cant thank them enough.
