    Second time staying at The Flamingo in PCB. Our room was clean, and the view and location are perfect.

    The room smelled of mold and mildew. The beds were moist from the environment of the room. The toilet, shower, and sink were disgusting. We left one day and 1/2 early because it was so gross.
