Tervis products are great however customer service here is horrible. I purchased an item while on vacation and left it in it original package as i wasnt intending on using it. When finally taking it out to remove the sticker two days after buying it I noticed the stainless steel was dented. Thinking this would be no big deal I took it back along with the reciept asking it be exchanged for one that was not damaged, however I was met with the accusation of damaging the bottle and refused an exchange because it was not returned the same day it was purchased. I love their products but will never shop at this store again.

Bought a 30$ cup noticed the next day it had a small dent in it . Took it back and was told we had to have the receipt. Went back to the condo and dug out the receipt from the trash. Went back and was told they wouldn't replace it. Have bought these cups for years from this store but NEVER again. Very unprofessional and rude worker.

Had to get a coffee cup (I drink hot tea) and haven't been able to drink out of a metal cup since I got the first vaccine. So come in and was pleasantly surprised they have double walled insulated cups like their glasses bought 2

Nice place in Pier Park to get any type of insulated cup. Everything from Star Wars to Disney to TV shows.
