They are the absolute best! I have apple products and they have repaired my phone and ipad. My husband has android and cracked the screen and ordered a new phone but they were finished with it before it came in and was like new!

Horrible experience. First they didn't meet their promised deadline for a phone repair. Then they wanted to charge more using a credit card despite telling me they accepted my card over the phone. Then after I arrived to pick up the phone they said they didn't accept my card after all despite a sticker for the card being on the door. I'll never use them again. You shouldn't use them either.

Here from out of town. My cell, a Onepro 7, needed a new battery ASAP before it crashed plus a new screen. After calling around Max said he could fix it the quickest. Did awesome job! Works better than new. I was glad he was open on Saturday and answered the phone. Thanks Max!

These guys are fantastic! I was quoted $395 from another repair shop for something these guys did for $45! They truly diagnosed the problem, instead of charging me for an unnecessary screen replacement. Much appreciated and well worth the drive across the bridge. ?

Excellent job?? my IPhone 14 pro max back glass broke and look around all the place in town, no one can fix that and Matt helped us & fix in just one day, I can’t believe that I am going to fix my iPhone but he make it happen and very reasonable price. Thanks Matt.

Matt was awesome at simply computers. After being told at Best Buy that they would need to hold onto our phone for WEEKS so they could order parts just to replace a screen, we started looking for other options. Not only was I able to walk in and get same day service, Matt had the screen replace and working perfectly within an hour and a half. I was very impressed with his customer service and will recommend this place to anyone needing phone repairs in the future.

Phone was acting crazy so got the screen replaced. They said come back in 1 1/2 hours but they called us within 30 minutes saying it was ready! Very reasonably done and they guys were easy to work with. Will use again if the need arises.

Go here for any computer/cell phone problems! Period!Honest and very professional.I've come here a bunch with apple macbook problems and they solved the problem quickly and even for free once. They could've easily charged me a bunch but they're truly the best in town and are not out to just scam you. I initially took it to TechMonk in Destin and they said it would take a couple weeks to fix and likely $500-700 to fix, then tried to sell me a new Macbook air! The computer is only a year old and well taken care of so my spidey senses were going off so I came to Simply Computers. They evaluated the computer and right away did a reboot and the computer is fine. No charge. Wow! This place is a gem!Daniel and Matt run a business built on trust and professionalism and should be your first choice, you won't be disappointed. Thanks
