stay away from this sherwin williams! this is the has the slowest, dumbest, and most inconsiderate employees you will ever see at a paint store. Do yourself a favor folks and if you have to stop at a sherwin williams drive another 20 min. to the next sherwin and at least you will get your order before this one and they wont screw up ut order! they have 15 employees in back and they still cant get this store running tight. its a circus!!!

I tried calling to get info on ordering a paint sample and was advised they don’t offer them. I asked how one would know if a color would work for them and they said to buy a quart. I have done this in the past, but it gets quite expensive. The associate who “helped” me was rather rude and seemed bothered that I wanted to make sure my color was right.

This store happens to be the nearest SW store to me. We happen to be year round residents in the area. It is convenient to stop in there for any paint supplies that my family needs. I had the unfortunate experience of being helped by a guy named Paul. I couldn't tell whether he was having a bad day or he is just moody or rude to customers all the time. He has no customer service attitude at all. I wonder if management condones this kind of behavior?

I went here to get paint for my house which I purchased about two years ago and I brought a small piece of paint try to get a match so I can fix a few cosmetic things and then also I was looking for another color of paint and told them it could be around the same thing and I found the exact color I wanted in the items I needed and the guy at the front completely ignored me and helped the customer in line behind me him and also just has the most monotone voice he doesn't seem to really care about the customers there could be 45 people in line and this guy moves like a snail really hope the management sees this review so that he can be in there teaching the employees how to deliver actual customer service that makes customers want to come back here and buy stuff because right now I'm gonna recommend to anyone that they should not shop here and go to Ace Hardware instead where the customer service is at least 100 times better
