This is the worst place I ever live. The noise that coming from upstairs is unbearable, They move me from one apartment to the next and it's the same problem it gets even worse. I went by the office multiple times Makes complaint and nothing changed, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. A lot of roaches in this place. Cigarette and Marijuana, smell all around. I used to live in the hood and I more feel at home than living at SEA SOUND APARTMENT

We had some bad luck at move in due to an electrical storm, but the staff has gone out of their way to address any issues. There’s definitely a caring atmosphere here and the place is lovely, both in and out of the apartments. We use the balcony every day and are able to walk to Publix.

My air conditioner stopped working and I put a work order in and less than 30 minutes after the maintenance team showed up and got it fixed. Thanks to them.

These maintenance, and their bosses r lame, they single out people for unfair Treatment, the can't just get up,and change rules as they please, or they can and inconvenience other people, or they get a report about someone, it seems, u can't just take away people's belongings, and change the rules. 10 x, nortilus cove, Petronas all these places probably doing a shakedown, and people who r helping to do it are troubling these quiet in the land.

I submitted the maintenance request and in less than a hour Tido was there fixing everything. He was very polite and explained what he was doing to me. I really appreciate how quick everything got sorted out.

It was handle in a timely manner at first but as the maintenance guy leaves then it went back to the same thing and we submitted another request and I got a email that it was completed but it wasn’t so I had to go down to the front desk to have that consultation assist us with the issue. Then that guy came back and fixed it ago and all went when. So I believe they thought that we sent it in error the second time hence the reason why they marked it as completed but I love the fact that they work very fast and efficient.
